티보 Tibo TIVO is taken from the Italian aperitivo, the pre-dinner drink — the menu card says the place wants to open a good evening the way an aperitivo does.

TIVO is a small wine bar in an alley off Exit 7 of Ttukseom Station in Seongsu-dong. The address says ground floor, but you climb half a flight of stairs to get in. One chef cooks and serves from an open kitchen: pasta (21,000–22,000 won), chuck flap steak and shrimp tartare (17,000 won), with house wine by the 100 ml glass at 10,000 won. A March 2026 air-conditioning installer's post shows it still being fitted out, and April posts call it brand new. We read 30 posts dated September 2025 to September 2026; 28 are first-hand visits from April to September 2026. The one September 2025 post predates the opening and was left out.

What sets it apart
- Seating is limited. Eleven posts said the room is small. Those that counted seats differ a little: about six bar seats plus two window tables for two (two posts), two three-seat tables plus six at the bar, roughly eight at the bar, and fewer than ten seats in all. The bar runs along the kitchen; the window tables sit by the green window frames.
- Eleven posts booked ahead, many choosing a window table. One post notes you can pick bar or window seats through Naver booking; another advises groups of four or more to book by phone or Instagram.
- Fifteen posts mention the open kitchen; from the bar you watch the chef cook and pour. No post said food came slowly, and one said that despite working alone the chef caused no delay at all. The line that cooking may take a while is the house's own note on the menu, so we don't count it.
- Six posts copy out the house rules from the menu: one dish per person plus a drink order (the drink part in five), a roughly two-hour limit when full (three posts), and corkage at 10,000 won per person, available on Fridays and Saturdays only if you also buy a bottle. There are stairs at the door. Nine posts say you go up half a flight from the building entrance, even though the address reads ground floor. No one described it as a basement; 15 posts said it is up a level, some calling it half a floor and some the second floor.
No post mentions getting in with a wheelchair or stroller, and none says whether there is a ramp or lift alongside the half-flight of stairs. That means we don't know, not that there isn't one.
Five posts say the toilet is inside, behind a curtain printed with cats, and describe it as clean.

Of the 29 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Only one post mentions waiting: booked for 8 pm on a weekday, they found one other table and sat straight down. No one says how long a walk-in might wait.
- Prices may have gone up: five April 2026 posts list the steak at 39,000 won, one July post at 42,000 won, and no later post gives a price. Two pastas and two glasses of house wine work out to a little over 60,000 won for two, but no post gave a receipt total.
- Portions split opinion: one post was surprised how generous they were, another warned they may feel small if you come hungry.
- Opening hours are given almost everywhere as 5 pm to midnight, last order 11 pm, but the closing day varies by period: Monday in 13 April 2026 posts, Sunday in three May posts, Monday again in three June posts, and Monday plus Wednesday in one July post. Most of these are copied info boxes, so check the current day off before going.
- The phone number 0507-1322-1219 appears in many posts' info boxes. No post mentions booking by phone; most booked through Naver.
- The seasonal pasta changes. Posts through April 2026 ate a wild-chive pesto linguine; posts from May to September had a roasted zucchini and anchovy linguine. The maple bacon with Brussels sprouts was added on 1 April.
- The same wording recurs across posts: two describe the shrimp tartare in identical words, two use the same line about dishes being cooked in front of you as soon as you order, and two count the seats in the same phrasing. One post discloses sponsorship, one says it was an invited review, two say they paid, and the other 24 say nothing. With so many posts bunched in the opening weeks of April, some are likely promotional.
