Seongdakjip is a chicken restaurant in a side street off Sangwon 4-gil, a short walk from exits 3 and 4 of Ttukseom Station, in a former Ediya Coffee unit (five posts say the name is short for 'the tasty chicken house of Seongsu'). At lunch it serves single portions of braised chicken, tripe-and-chicken stew in a clay pot and chicken soup for around 10,000 won; in the evening it turns to fried chicken and beer. You order from a kiosk at the table and help yourself to kimchi from tubs on the table. Two posts from May and July 2026 said prices rose by about 1,000 won when the menu was reworked. There is seating on two floors. Thirteen posts mention the upstairs room and nine describe the place as ground plus first floor. One post was sent upstairs because the ground floor was full at lunch, and two say upstairs orders arrive by a food lift. One post called the stairs steep and a little unsafe.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in — that is unknown, not absent. Nobody mentions a passenger lift, and one post says the upstairs room is reached by steep stairs.
Two posts say the toilets are inside and unisex; one says there is one on each floor.

- Prices depend on when the post was written. Posts from October 2024 to September 2025 give 12,000 won for the tripe stew and cheese braise; two posts from May and July 2026 say a menu rework added about 1,000 won (beef-intestine stew 13,000 won). Another July 2026 post lists the stew and soy braise at 11,000 won, so current meal prices range from 10,000 to 14,000 won depending on the post.
