A few steps into the alley from exit 7 at Ttukseom station there is a purple sign, and half a flight up, the door. The name comes from Romanee-Conti in Burgundy and the wine really is the point — six of the seven writers talk about it. Even so the pasta sits in the low teens of thousands of won and a glass of house wine is five thousand. Two writers note that the owner runs the kitchen, the floor and the wine list by himself.

What sets it apart
- Six writers write about the wine. One notes that the list has a menu of its own, sorted by country, region, grape and price, with several available by the glass. Three say you need know nothing about wine before you come: the owner asks what you like and picks for you. One left with a promise of a good shiraz next time and a plan to return within the month. Corkage comes up repeatedly — buy a bottle and your own comes free, says one; order a main per person and it is free, says another; a third found a free-corkage coupon attached to booking through Naver.
- All five writers who mention money call it cheap. One sums it up as the merit of eating Italian for under fifteen thousand won; another, looking at the cheese platter price, simply writes that it is a steal. One adds that the wine is markedly cheaper here than elsewhere.

Do not drive. Two writers say there is nowhere to park, and one left the car for a moment on a Saturday, reasoning it was the weekend, and was ticketed at half past nine at night. Another passes on that the nearby district sports centre car park is the cheapest, and advises walking, given the alley.

What we do not know
- We read only seven posts. The place opened in the summer of 2025, so there is not much yet. Our search confirmed twenty, but thirteen turned out to be about something else: seven about Burgundy wine, since Romanee is a wine name; three about an umbrella, a doormat and a stationery box that share the name; one whose blogger writes under it; and two that merely copied the shop's own listing.
- Only one post records the opening hours, so we could not publish them. That writer has Monday evenings only, from 5:30pm, and eleven in the morning to eleven at night from Tuesday to Sunday, with a break from 2:30 to 5:30. One source is not enough for this page, so check with the shop before you go.
- Nobody writes about waiting. One writer counted only five tables — three for two, two for four — so an evening visit with a group is worth arranging ahead. One writer says the place takes bookings.
- The registration says ground floor, and nobody writes about an upstairs or a basement. Only one writer mentions that the entrance sits half a level up.
- Two writers confirm the restaurant has no car park of its own, but nobody says how much space the nearby public car parks have.
