A small half-basement pasta place in an alley near exit 5 of Ttukseom station, decorated like an old Japanese kissaten. It serves pastas and gratins such as gim-and-shrimp pasta (17,000 won), pollock-roe gratin (19,000 won) and carbonara (18,000 won), with sides of face-painted onigiri (3,000 won) and duck-shaped potato salad (6,000 won). After the meal, diners scoop and decorate their own ice cream. We read 30 posts dated 18 June to 5 October 2026; 24 describe actually eating here, 2 were about other places and set aside, and 4 were list posts by people who had not been.

What sets it apart
- Whether you wait depends on when you go. Ten posts waited or saw a line form behind them; seven walked straight in. The weekend open-run accounts are specific: one arrived at 11:14 with two parties ahead and about seven parties all seated at opening; another found four or five people already waiting 20-25 minutes before opening; a third joined the CatchTable list at 11 a.m., got in around 1 p.m., and watched later arrivals turned away because the morning list had closed. One post had earlier given up on a weekend because of the wait. The walk-ins were mostly weekdays (5 p.m., weekday evening, weekday noon, weekday afternoon). Several posts say the waitlist runs through CatchTable.
- Three posts report a one-main-per-person rule; sides such as the onigiri and potato salad do not count toward it. One was told it meant one pasta per person.

Eight posts say the restaurant sits half below street level. Three of them describe going down steps at the entrance, and one warns tall visitors to mind their head at the low door.
No post mentions entering with a wheelchair or stroller. That is not evidence it cannot be done, only that nobody wrote about it; three posts do mention steps down at the entrance.
No post says whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or outside it. One post says it has separate men's and women's stalls on either side of a shared sink.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Thirteen posts that visited give opening hours, all copied from listing blocks: twelve say 11:30-21:00 daily with a 15:00-17:00 break, eight of them adding last order at 20:15. One post alone says it opens at 11:00. No post mentions a closing day.
- Prices rose between the August and September 2026 posts. The chuck-flap steak was 39,000 won on 13 August and 43,000 won on 6 and 27 September; the pollock-roe gratin was 18,500 won on 17 August and 19,000 won on 9 September and from 22 September on (one 13 September post still gave 18,500). The 6 September post warned that the menu on Naver had not been updated. For a whole meal, one post paid 65,000 won for three dishes; two posts called it expensive and one called it reasonable for Seongsu.
- The phone number 0507-1343-6845 comes from the info blocks of two visit posts. Reservations are disputed: one post says the place takes none, while another post's info block lists group and CatchTable reservations. No post describes booking by phone.
- Pet-friendliness appears only in copied info blocks and in two pet-dining list posts by the same blogger who had not visited. No post describes bringing a dog, so we did not count it.
