Otro Seongsu is a Western restaurant on the ground floor of Seoul Forest M Tower, a short walk from Seoul Forest station. What sets it apart
- There is rarely a queue. Six posts walked straight in: weekday lunches, a rainy weekday late lunch with nobody else there, a late lunch with just the two of them. One post, on a busy Saturday in September 2025, saw a short queue form about 30 minutes after they sat down. Seven posts booked ahead, and two mention a CatchTable waitlist kiosk at the door.
- It is easy to reach by subway. Four posts say so: about five minutes from Seoul Forest station exit 1, and a short walk from Seongsu station exit 6.
- Seven posts describe it as quiet, good for conversation. Four sat by the large windows; one watched the rain from there.
- Seven posts found the prices reasonable and none called it expensive; one compared pasta starting in the high 10,000s with 20,000-plus elsewhere nearby. Meals for two came to 53,000 won (pasta, gambas, two drinks) and 71,000 won (steak, pasta, salad).

You can park in the building's paid underground garage. Five posts drove and parked, and two found plenty of space. Tickets are paid at the restaurant; one post bought a 4.5-hour ticket for 5,000 won and went sightseeing. The first-period rate is copied as 2,000 won for 90 minutes in three posts and for 60 minutes in one.

It is on the ground floor, not a basement; four posts say so, one calling it a single-level space. The entrance faces the street rather than the building lobby: you go outside and it is on the right.
No post describes the entrance step or going in with a wheelchair or stroller. One copied a 'wheelchair accessible' line from a listing, which we did not count. That means nobody reported it, not that it is inaccessible.
The toilets are not inside the restaurant. Three posts say so: through a back door into the M Tower building. One of them noted separate men's and women's rooms and that they were clean.

What we do not know
- Prices appear to have gone up: the flat-iron steak was 33,000 won in a January 2026 post and 35,000 from July 2026; the rib-eye went from 43,000 (December 2025) to 45,000 (September 2026). One August 2026 post still gave 33,000 for the flat-iron without saying when it visited.
- Copied opening hours differ. Most agree on 11:30 opening and 20:30 last order. Six posts say Sundays close at 21:00, four say 21:30 every day, and one gives a 20:00 Sunday last order. Three say there is no afternoon break. All of these were copied from listings, so check before going.
- Four posts give the phone number as 0507-1483-1019 and one as 02-6950-0999. Most bookings were made through Naver or CatchTable.
- Some posts were not counted: two are templated write-ups built from review statistics, and two use the same generic wording without describing a visit. The claim that the chef came from a hotel is hearsay and we did not rely on it.
