Obongjip Seongsu is the Seongsu branch of an octopus-and-bossam chain, in the alley between exits 3 and 4 of Ttukseom station (11 Sangwon 4-gil, ground floor). People come for the Nakji Obongjip Special — fire-seared octopus stir-fry, gabrisal pork bossam and tray noodles on one table. Eleven posts ate that set; six give its price as 59,000 won (one says 56,000). Six added fried rice made in the leftover sauce for 3,000 won. Side dishes arrive on a tray (obong), and refills come from a self-serve bar. We read 30 posts from April to October 2026; 16 of them, dated 12 April to 17 September 2026, describe eating here. The other 14 were about other Obongjip branches (Gangnam, Songdo, Singapore and more) or unrelated, and we set them aside.

What sets it apart
- Extra side dishes come from a self-serve bar: nine posts went back for more banchan or soup, one confessing to a second helping of the free sausage stir-fry. Several posts repeat that rice and seaweed soup are unlimited at lunch, but one dinner visit says rice had to be ordered separately, and two posts paid 1,000 won for extra rice.
- Twelve posts call the room large, mostly pointing to the generous gaps between tables and a layout of four-person tables, which is why so many suggest it for office dinners and group meals.
- Six posts ordered on a table tablet or kiosk; one noticed the 'hell-level' spice listed on the wall menu was missing from the kiosk.
- The bossam is gabrisal rather than belly. Eight posts say it had no off smell; one found the fatty cut a little heavy and another found the fried rice oily.

What we do not know
- No post reports waiting. One was glad there was no queue; several say the place fills with office workers at lunch, but none gives a wait time. One post has 'waiting' in its title but says nothing about it in the text.
- Opening hours appear in twelve posts, all copied from listings: 11:00-22:00 on weekdays, 12:00-22:00 at weekends, a break from 15:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 16:00 to 17:00 at weekends, last order 21:30. One post says 11:00 every day. Two say there is no closing day.
- Prices can be checked against menus copied in April and September 2026. Six posts give the Nakji Obongjip Special at 59,000 won and one at 56,000. Clam noodle soup is 11,000 won in an April post and 10,000 in a September one; with one post each, we cannot tell whether it changed.
- Many posts copy the phone number 0507-1377-2615. Some repeat a Naver booking promotion for groups of six or more, but no post says they booked ahead themselves.
- The Toowoomba octopus noodles were called a new item in April 2026. Our posts start that month, so we have not seen the menu from before.
- Posts came in two clusters: nine between 25 August and 5 September 2026, and four between 12 and 20 April. They repeat the same drink-discount and prize-draw wording, and two paste the restaurant's own Naver description. None discloses sponsorship; three say they paid their own way.
