Mils is a bakery-cafe on the ground and first floors of 21 Ttukseom-ro 4-gil in Seongsu-dong. It makes its own sausages, grills them over charcoal by the entrance and serves them in buns. Prices in the posts: Debreziner bun 5,500 won, fried-pork bun 7,000 won, cheeseburger bun 8,000 won, leek soup with sourdough 9,000 won, iced americano 5,300 won. What sets it apart
- The sausage grill is at the front door. Five posts said the kitchen is in plain view; one saw the charcoal grill right inside the entrance, and another walked in after seeing sausages on the coals from the street. Two posts said sausages are grilled only after you order, and one noted that this takes a little time.
- You wait upstairs. Three posts said there is a separate waiting area on the first floor. Two posts queued; one arrived at opening time and still waited about 20 minutes upstairs. One weekend post said there was a crowd but tables turned over fast, and another found few people waiting at opening.
- The word that comes up most about the sausages is juice: six posts mentioned it. Two posts expected a charcoal flavour and could not taste it.
- Seven posts took bread or sausage buns away. One said that if you buy more than eight sausage buns they pack them in a box. One warned that the chocolate baguette's coating melts onto the wrapping if you take it away.

The basement of the same building is a different restaurant, the noodle shop Anhongmao; Mils uses the ground and first floors. Five posts mentioned the upper floor, one ate on the ground floor, and no post mentioned going downstairs.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. No post said. We only know the waiting area is upstairs.
We do not know whether the toilet is inside the shop or whether it is split by gender. No post mentioned it. That does not mean there isn't one, only that nobody wrote about it.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- One post felt the place did not look clean: firewood and a bottle of cooking oil were left lying around the kitchen by the front window. No post said it was clean.
- The Debreziner is listed as spicy, but none of the three posts that ate it called it clearly hot. They described a faint heat or none at all.
- No post timed the walk from a station. One said it is not right next to Seongsu or Seoul Forest station but down a side street off the main strip. One post copied a listing that says it is an 18-minute walk from exit 2 of Seoul Forest station.
- Twelve posts give the opening hours as 10:30-19:00, closed Tuesdays; one of them, about a March visit, says Saturdays run to 20:00. Last orders: three posts say 18:00, one says 18:30. One post noted that public holidays may differ.
- Posts split on price: one found the leek soup a bit expensive, another called prices reasonable. The pollock-roe baguette was 4,000 won in a post of 17 September and 4,500 won in one of 1 October. Two posts are not enough to say the price went up.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1327-4677. We do not know whether the shop takes reservations; no post mentioned making one.
