Jeju Olle Pocha 2-hojeom

제주올레포차 2호점 Jeju Olle names Jeju Island's olle walking trails (olle is Jeju dialect for the lane from the road to a house), and a pocha is a casual Korean drinking spot; the house serves seafood flown in from Jeju, and this is its second branch.

A seafood pocha down an alley off Sangwon 10-gil in Seongdong-gu, a short walk from Ttukseom Station. Sixteen of the eighteen visit posts ordered the owner's pick: one platter of the day's sashimi, oysters, abalone, conch and grilled croaker with sushi rice and laver, ending with a seafood ramyeon. All eight posts that gave a price said 39,000 won, and one points out that this is for the whole platter, not per person; a May 2026 post says the price has since gone up. We read 23 posts dated October 29, 2025 to October 5, 2026: 18 visits, 2 write-ups without a visit, and 3 about something else.

Rows without a count: 2 of 3 posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Twelve posts say side dishes arrive before the fish. Seven mention a warm seaweed soup, and soft tofu, corn salad and pickled radish come up again and again; one writer says the soup balances out an otherwise all-cold meal.
  2. Ask and you get more: one post asked for another round of laver, another asked for kimchi and got a heaping plate.
  3. No post calls it expensive, and nine say it is good value for the money. Five say the portions are large; one diner meant to order a main afterwards but the platter was too much.
  4. Food is slow when it is busy. A November 2025 post waited forty minutes for the fish; a diner who came at 9 p.m. on a Saturday in May 2026 says the owner was working alone and orders backed up, and posted that visit twice (three posts in all).
4 more
  1. Eight posts put it three to five minutes on foot from Ttukseom Station. They disagree on the exit: four say exit 2, two say exit 3, one says exit 7. One gives directions: out of exit 3, up past the art museum, then into the alley at the 7-Eleven, and it is on the right.
  2. Seating is at tables: one post counts ten four-tops with one set apart, another lists tables for four, five and six. On spacing, one post found it roomy and two found it tight (one diner, posted twice).
  3. Two posts found it quiet for a pocha; one says that even with every table full, conversation was easy.
  4. Five posts went with friends, the most common pairing; one went with a partner, one with a brother, one as a work dinner. Two were written by repeat visitors.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

From the station

Eight posts put it three to five minutes on foot from Ttukseom Station. They disagree on the exit: four say exit 2, two say exit 3, one says exit 7. One gives directions: out of exit 3, up past the art museum, then into the alley at the 7-Eleven, and it is on the right.

Getting inside

No one describes which floor it is on; the registered address says ground floor, but no post mentions it.

No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That is a gap in what was written, not a no.

No one says whether the restroom is inside or whether it is split by gender. One post only mentions the next table getting lost looking for it.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 20 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • No post describes queuing. Posts do say it was half full just after 6 on a Friday, had two free tables at 9 on a Saturday night, and filled up soon after one diner arrived. Two posts mention booking: one found the separate table already reserved, another booked the next visit on the way out.
  • All the opening hours are copied store info, and they shift over time. Four posts from November and December 2025 give weekdays 11:00 to 00:30 with a 14:30 to 15:30 break; three January 2026 posts give weekdays 15:30 to midnight, last order 22:50. Two put Saturday closing at 23:30, and every post but one says closed Sundays; that one also gets the address wrong and says daily 16:00 to 02:00. Check current hours before going.
  • We do not know the current price. It was 39,000 won through January 2026; a May 2026 diner says it had gone up since earlier blog posts but gives no figure. Most posts describe two people sharing one platter with drinks. The stand-alone seafood ramyeon is 6,000 won in one post and 7,000 won in another.
  • Two posts give the phone number as 0507-1314-7696 and one gives 02-467-3311; confirm before calling to book.
  • Many posts repeat that the seafood is flown in from Jeju and sold out the same day; that is the shop's own signage, so we did not count it. One post discloses sponsorship, one says the writer paid, and the rest say nothing. One of the two write-ups without a visit is a promo from the Ttukseom Station merchants' association.
