HANEDAN
하네단 Hanedan Hanedan is the Turkish word for a dynasty or royal house; the shop also uses it as the name of its top price tier.

Hanedan is a Turkish dessert shop at 102 Wangsimni-ro, ground floor, between Ttukseom station and Seoul Forest. You take baklava, lokum and kaymak-filled sultan sarma away in a box. A post from 4 October 2026 says the shop has been renovated, now sells pre-packed goods, and is in a soft opening. Before that, posts from April to August described choosing one of three tiers (Efendi, Saray, Hanedan) and filling a box by weight at 16,000, 18,000 or 20,000 won per 250 g. Nine posts give the same hours, 11:00 to 20:00 with Mondays closed, mostly copied into info lines. We read 30 posts from 15 April to 4 October 2026; 23 are first-hand visits. Four posts about the Hyundai Seoul counter and a Lotte World Mall pop-up are about other locations and were set aside.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Eleven posts say a purchase came with a free glass of tea or coffee — 'they give you coffee or tea on the way out', 'free coffee for each of us'; two declined it because it was evening or they had a bus to catch. The 15 April writer got none on a busy first visit and hot tea on the second. The post after the October renovation paid for its chai and spoke of the free drink in the past tense, so we do not know whether it is still offered.
- Thirteen posts call it sweet — 'sweeter than I imagined', 'so sweet you need unsweetened coffee with it'. Four found it less sweet than expected or not overpowering; one of them was told the owner cut the sugar for Korean tastes, which we treat as hearsay.
- Six posts walked from a station: two say five minutes from exit 8 of Ttukseom station, one about ten minutes from Seongsu station, one says to look for the alley between Juicy and Mildo. Two warn that the small frontage is easy to walk past.
- Four posts say the shop is small — 'the display cases fill the room' — and eight describe taking everything away.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
No post describes the floor from experience; only the address says ground floor.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. One post pastes 'wheelchair-accessible entrance' from the listing; we do not count it.
No post mentions a toilet — that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Seating changed over time. Four posts from May and June 2026 say there was nowhere to sit; two from 18 July and 25 August ate at a couple of bar tables inside, and the October post recalls a small wall table before the renovation. Nobody has said whether it survived the renovation.
- Only one post, from 4 October 2026, covers the renovation: weighing by tier gave way to pre-packed goods, breads and spreads such as ekmek were added, and a soft-opening sign was up. The tier prices and free drinks above come from earlier posts.
- Opinions on price split: one post called it expensive (about 25,000 won for 250 g), two said it was not (cheaper than baked goods these days; fair given the free drink), and one said it may feel pricey but is worth it. Prices are per box, 16,000 to 20,000 won per 250 g from April to August 2026.
- Nobody reports waiting. One post from 1 June says there were long lines when the shop first opened, but it looked quiet by then.
- Four posts list the same phone number, but nobody booked or ordered by phone. Several mention the shop also sells through a Naver Smart Store.
