GTS Forest is a burger shop on the first floor up, in a converted house on Seoulsup's café lane — a different business occupies the ground floor, and you take the stairs at the side. There are around thirty burgers, built on beef, chicken or prawn, and you choose whether the onion and tomato come raw or grilled. They run from the high eight-thousands to the mid fifteen-thousands, and you order at a kiosk. The posts we read begin in August 2024.

What sets it apart
- Twenty-one of the twenty-seven posts mention that it is upstairs and you climb to it — the most repeated sentence about this place, more common than anything about the food. Three warn that the ground floor is someone else's shop and first-timers walk past; four point to the stairs at the side or the right of the building. Two say a sandwich board sorts you out.
- Sixteen posts say you order at a kiosk. Two think it reasonable given how many burgers there are; three recommend taking the paper menu to your table first and deciding there. Two note a menu board downstairs, so you can read it before you climb. One post — one of twenty-seven — mentions an English menu.
- Nine posts like the windows — two describe folding doors that open right up, four the view down onto the street. Ten mention an outdoor terrace, and three add that it is for spring and autumn rather than the middle of summer or winter.
- Five posts mention an arcade cabinet. Four played it while waiting — one lists Puyo Puyo, Tetris and Tekken. One writer says the machine, not the burger, is what will bring them back. Two treat the giant burger cushion on top of it as a photo spot.
- Two posts place the toilet inside the shop. One found it behind a door marked 'Thinking Room' beside the counter and reports it very clean, with good water pressure — adding that a clean toilet is how they judge a kitchen. The other simply says it is inside and tidy. On whether the toilets are separated, or whether there is an accessible one, no post says anything.
- Eight posts warn that the juices end up on your trousers. One writer got them on white ones; another only noticed the sign on the wall after their companion had. Six point to the disposable gloves and cutlery at the self-service bar and say to cut it up instead, and one misses having a wrapper for it. Seventeen posts talk about how juicy the patty is, so the warning and the selling point are the same thing.

Treat it as having no parking. Eight posts say there is no car park of its own and point to public lots nearby — four name the flood-basin car park, two of them with rates: ₩900 for half an hour, ₩1,800 for an hour. One post does say parking is available, but that line sits inside a copied facility list and the same post never describes parking a car. The other eight are describing where they actually left theirs, or walking.

No post addresses wheelchair access head-on. Three do say it is a first floor with no lift, and two of them tell readers with limited mobility or a pushchair to take that into account. On the width of the stairs, a threshold at the door, or room to turn inside, nobody writes anything. That is not a no; it is that nobody checked.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 32 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- There is no lift. Two posts raise it directly — one tells readers with limited mobility or a pushchair to take note, the other says plainly that without a lift it will be hard going. A third adds that the stairs are not steep but to take care with a small child or an older relative. No post states outright whether a wheelchair can get in; these three sentences are everything we have.
- It is small. Two posts call it compact; one counts two tables of four and three of two, another puts it at four or five seats. Three describe a second room at the back, which is why one writer says the main floor feels like a private room anyway. The two who found seats going spare arrived at two in the afternoon and half past twelve on weekdays.
- The opening hours differ between posts. Eight give 11:30–21:00 daily, the most common answer. On the afternoon break they split: two say there is none, three say weekends only from three to four, one says every day. Two give a nine-thirty finish at 20:30 instead, and one post from December 2024 has it open to 22:00 on weekdays. Last orders are 20:30 in four posts, 20:20 in one, 20:00 in another. A break you did not expect is a wasted trip, so check before you go.
- Prices rose across the two years. Six posts call it expensive and none calls it cheap. The same burger carries different numbers depending on when the post was written: the cheeseburger goes from ₩7,900 in August 2024 to ₩8,900 by November; the mushroom burger from ₩11,500 across 2024–25 to ₩11,900 in 2026. Two posts give a range for the burgers and even those disagree — ₩9,000–19,000 and ₩9,400–14,500. What we print is what was written, not a promise about today.
- Five of the thirty-two posts never went, so we left them out of the counts. Four are round-ups — a date course, a top-ten near the garden expo — that dispose of this shop in a line, or in a Naver review tally. The fifth says outright that it was a delivery eaten at home. We counted its order on the menu, since the food was eaten, but not in anything about the shop: it saw no stairs, no seats and no queue, and the hours and parking it lists are copied from the listing.
- One post discloses being sponsored — a December 2024 write-up that thanks the shop for the timing. Five say they paid for themselves; the remaining twenty-one say nothing either way, which is not the same as taking nothing. Two mention prawns or a chip-shaped keyring given for a receipt review, so some of these were written by people who had received one.
- Little is said about queueing, and what there is disagrees. One post reports walking straight in on a weekday lunchtime and a short wait at weekends; two more found the room half empty at two in the afternoon and half past twelve. Two others warn of weekend queues, but both went on weekdays and are passing on what they heard. Read it alongside the fact that there are only five or six tables.
