Villa1990 is a dessert café on the second floor of a converted house down an alley off Dulle 9-gil in Seongsu-dong 1-ga. You enter at street level and climb stairs to a set of rooms, a corridor and terraces. The rose ade (7,500 won, six posts) and chestnut cheesecake (five posts) are what visitors order most, with sweet-potato cheesecake in three. Most people came to take photos. We read 30 posts from March to October 2026; 19 are about this café and 16 describe an actual visit.

- Expect to wait on weekend afternoons. Four posts waited: about an hour behind six groups on a Saturday afternoon, 20 to 30 minutes at 4 p.m., and a line forming outside from about 2:20 p.m. on a weekend that filled the ground floor by the time the writer left. Three posts describe waiting on the ground floor; one says staff take your name and call you in order, another that the waiting list is upstairs. Two weekday-midday visitors found it quiet, though one saw it nearly fill up by 1 p.m.
- Eleven posts mention a terrace. It doubles as a photo set: two posts say the flower-decked table is kept empty as a photo spot, and one says two terrace seats are for pictures only. One post found it too hot to sit outside in summer, another too cold on a chilly day.

All the seating is upstairs. Nine posts say they went up to the second floor to sit, and four say the ground floor holds only the door, the stairs and a waiting area, with no tables. The staircase has a red carpet; one post calls it a single narrow flight and another warns to take it carefully both ways.
No post mentions a lift, a ramp or a step at the entrance. The nine posts that went upstairs all describe stairs, so we cannot say whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — nobody wrote about it.
One post says the toilet is inside the café; none says whether it is split by gender or how big it is. Another only remarks that it is nicely decorated.

Of the 18 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The nearest station is Seongsu. Of five posts that describe getting there, two took a bus or walked from the station; three call it a 15-to-20-minute walk and rather far.
- Four posts went with friends; none went with family, children or a partner. "No kids" appears only in two posts' copied info headers.
- Pet-friendliness comes from three posts' copied info and one post seeing a puppuccino on the menu; nobody brought a dog.
- A two-hour limit appears in one post only as something the writer heard; nobody was asked to leave.
- Twelve posts give opening hours of 11:00 to 20:00, seven of them "daily", but nearly all copied this into an info header. No post mentions a closing day or last order time.
- Four posts give prices: rose ade 7,500 won (three posts), Mariage tea 7,000, strawberry 8,000, ice-cream brownie 8,500 and americano 5,000. No visiting post priced the cheesecakes, so we cannot give the cost of a drink plus cake.
