Africa Seafood is a raw-fish bar in an apartment-block arcade on Sangwon 6-gil in Seongsu. Most tables order a set: sashimi plus a spread of small dishes and a hot pot, at 60,000-76,000 won for two (mixed for two at 60,000 or 65,000, flatfish and rockfish at 63,000, sea bream and spring flounder with roe hot pot at 76,000). The hot pot was seafood until autumn 2025 and has been a roe hot pot since December. We read 21 posts dated 29 April 2025 to 4 October 2026: 11 were news or info posts that only shared words with the name, one copied the Naver listing, and 9 describe actual visits (July 2025 to May 2026).

What sets it apart
- Order a set and a spread of small dishes arrives before the fish. Eight of the nine visit posts describe it, and eight mention corn cheese (one calls it corn butter), big enough that one post photographed it beside a soju glass. The rest changes with the season: grilled mackerel and fried shrimp in July 2025, vegetable fritters in September, fish cutlet and hash browns in December, red scallops and shrimp cutlet in January 2026. A December 2025 post notes the spread comes once and refills cost extra.
- Seven of the nine visit posts say the portions are large. A pair in May 2026 recall the companion asking whether they had really ordered all that; three people who ordered the three-person mixed set worried there would not be enough fish and ended up stuffed after the hot pot.
- People come back. Six of the nine visit posts describe a return trip: a third visit since spring, two nights in a row with the owner recognising them, a first meal as takeaway before eating in. One July 2025 post says the slices were so thick on the first visit that they cut them with scissors, and had been trimmed to a sensible size by the next.
- Three posts say in their own words that it is about a five-minute walk (roughly 300 m) from exits 3 and 4 of Ttukseom station. One calls the side-street location a little unexpected and says to look for the yellow inflatable banner.

Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. That means we do not know, not that there is no barrier.
Only one post mentions the toilet: in July 2025 it says you use a shared toilet outside the shop. Nobody says whether it is separated by sex.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 10 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes queuing, but three say it was packed: full by about 7 pm, nearly full on a weekday evening, and lucky to get the last table. One post counts about ten tables.
- Accounts of speed split one, one and one: food was very slow on someone's first visit, came straight out for another, and a third advises asking for the hot pot ten minutes ahead because it takes time.
- Space splits one to one: a December 2025 post says the room is not cramped, a September post says the tables are close together. One post notes tables cannot be moved or pushed together.
- Company does not cluster: one post with a friend, others with a senior colleague, an after-work group, or three people. Two posts say nearby office workers come for team dinners.
- Opening hours appear only in info boxes. Several agree on a 5 pm start, 17:00-22:00 on Saturday and closed Sunday. Weekday closing splits three posts for midnight and three for 23:00 (last order 21:00), with no pattern over time. The Naver listing copied in April 2025 showed a 4 pm start.
- Two posts warn that prices follow the fish market. The mixed set for two was 60,000 won in a July 2025 post and 65,000 in September; the posts do not say whether that is a rise or a different set. Two posts call it good value.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 0507-1454-8951. Nobody says they booked a table; one post, after finding the yellowtail sold out, planned to call ahead next time, and the copied listing says takeaway orders can be phoned in 30 minutes ahead.
- The set's hot pot has changed. Posts up to October 2025 describe a seafood hot pot with crab, scallops, clams and small octopus; a December post says it has been switched to a roe hot pot, and later posts describe roe and milt with soft tofu. A July 2025 post adds that the seafood pot had abalone, scallops and prawns in the opening weeks and grew thinner after.
