A soufflé-pancake café up a flight of stairs on the second floor of a building on Seoulsup 4-gil, near exit 5 of Seoul Forest station. The signature Andamiro soufflé — two thick pancakes with cream and five kinds of fruit — is 16,000 won; crème brûlée soufflé is 15,000, whole-mango soufflé 19,000, and an americano 4,500. You order at a kiosk and the soufflé is cooked after you order. We read 30 posts dated 7 July to 5 October 2026; 13 are about this café, all first-hand visits (17 July to 17 September). The other 17 were about nearby cafés such as 5to7 or other Andamiro branches in Konkuk and Cheonan, and we did not count them.

What sets it apart
- Ordering is at a kiosk in front of the counter: six of the ten posts that described ordering used it (one mentions a Toss terminal). Four posts saw the review event offering free ice cream; one chose from vanilla, chocolate and green tea.
- Three posts note a one-order-per-person rule. But one pair asked and were told that with one soufflé a single drink was enough, so they shared one soufflé and one drink.
- A notice in the café says pancakes take 20–30 minutes, and several posts copied it. Only one post actually timed it: on a weekend visit the mango bingsu took 25 minutes and the soufflé 28. Two posts say the drinks came first.
- Four posts call it roomy and one disagrees. Only one post says in its own words that there's no parking; 'no parking' otherwise comes from copied info blocks. A group that drove used the Seongdong-gu sports centre car park, 4,200 won an hour, two minutes' walk away.

Five posts say the café is on the second floor, reached by stairs. Several warn that the entrance is easy to miss: it is on the right at the top of the stairs, and one writer said the sign was so small she wasn't sure she was in the right place.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. What the posts describe is climbing stairs. One copied info block says a lift is available, but no one wrote that they used it.
Two posts say the toilet is inside the café. Nobody reported first-hand whether it is split by gender; 'shared toilet' appears only in a copied info block.

What we do not know
- No post says it had to queue — which means nobody reported one, not that there never is. One weekend visit around 2pm found the room nearly full with space for two or three more groups; a weekday visit at 12:30 found just two tables taken.
- Five posts say who they came with: three were groups of colleagues or friends (four, eight, a lunch team), one came with a younger sibling, and one drove. None says it was a date.
- Opening hours appear in nine posts; seven agree on 12:00–21:00 on weekdays and 12:00–20:00 at weekends. Only two mention a Monday closure. One gives 20:00 on weekdays and a Tuesday closure, which matches the Cheonan branch and likely got mixed up. Most of these are copied blocks; one writer did turn up before noon twice and found it shut.
- Soufflé prices agree across posts, but croffle prices don't: a July post lists the plain croffle at 9,000 won and brown-cheese at 11,000, and a 24 August post paid 11,000 for the Dubai croffle, while a mid-August list gives 6,000, 7,500 and 7,000 — Konkuk-branch prices. One writer found it poor value; another called it reasonable for Seongsu.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1393-7920. Reservations are mentioned only in copied info blocks; no one wrote that they booked.
