An Iberico pork and Korean beef grill house in the basement of The Exchange Seoul, 21 Mugyo-ro: staff cook everything at the table, and private rooms run down long corridors, which makes it a company-dinner favourite. Iberico sets cost ₩92,000 (original), ₩116,000 (Puerco) and ₩142,000–145,000 (signature, June 2026); the usual finishers are the spicy beef jjapaghetti (₩18,000) and beef soybean-stew rice (₩13,000). At lunch it sells single dishes such as short-rib soup and spicy braised ribs (₩18,000 each in October 2024). What sets it apart
- Sixteen posts say staff grilled the meat for them. How it was grilled divides people: one writer said the grilling couldn't keep pace with the eating, one said the server switched the grill off when done so they couldn't cook it further, and one re-grilled meat that was too pink once it cooled. Two posts were told the inside is deliberately left underdone.
- Sixteen posts ate in or mention the private rooms. Rooms carry a minimum spend: ₩300,000 for six (August 2026), ₩300,000 for a 3–6 person room (August 2025), and an ₩80,000 room charge if you spend less (June 2026). A November 2024 lunch post says there was no minimum at lunch. Two posts were seated in the main hall despite booking, one in a booth. Nine call the place large, and several got lost in the maze of corridors looking for their room.
- Nearly every post repeats that corkage is free, but mostly as copied information. Only two actually brought drinks — a family that brought an 18-year-old Glenfiddich, and a work dinner that bought wine from the convenience store opposite. One post says replacing glasses costs ₩10,000 per glass, and one copied notice says soju and beer can't be brought in. Two posts ordered wine from the house list.

Three posts confirm from experience that it is on basement level 1 (one notes a gym right next door that a latecomer walked into by mistake). No visitor said whether they took stairs or a lift down.
No one wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access — that means unknown, not absent. One January 2025 visitor struggled to find the entrance and came in through what seemed a side door.
Only one post mentions toilets: they are the building's shared ones outside the restaurant, separated by gender. No one else said anything.

What we do not know
- Service is split. Of seven posts that discuss it, one praised quick response to the call bell, two complained (the bell went unanswered; staff forgot to grill), and three reached no verdict. Two say food came slowly, one that it came at once; both slow reports were from packed weekday dinners.
- Two posts waited: one walked in without a booking and waited at the counter before being seated in the hall; one had booked and still waited about five minutes on the sofa by the counter. Eight posts had reservations, so these posts can't tell us whether walk-ins face a real queue.
- Two posts came by subway — one group of three all took the metro, and one estimated about five minutes' walk from Gwanghwamun Station exit 5. Other walking times from City Hall or Euljiro 1-ga stations are mostly copied listings.
- Nine posts call it expensive. The signature set rose from ₩138,000 (July 2025) to ₩142,000 or ₩145,000 (June 2026) — two posts from the same month disagree. Korean beef prices (₩68,000 a portion for chateaubriand, etc.) date from 2024, so current prices are unknown.
- All nine visitor posts that list opening hours copied them from listings. Weekdays 11:30–22:00 with a 14:00–17:00 break and Sundays closed are consistent from 2024 to 2026. For Saturday, three 2026 posts say it closes at 21:30, while one October 2024 post gives 12:00–21:50; last order is given as either 21:00 or 20:50.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1467-9310. Most who booked used Naver reservations; no visitor said they booked by phone.
- Many posts repeat that Tom Cruise ate here, but all as hearsay, so we didn't count it. One writer heard it was the Samseong branch; another post about the same building says it was the Gangnam branch.
