A Mexican taco counter halfway up Sinheung-ro in Haebangchon, on the walk up from Noksapyeong station. You pick tacos one by one at the counter, pay, wait for your number, then dress the plate yourself at a self-bar of onion, cilantro, lime and five salsas. Tacos run from 3,300 won (carnitas) to 5,300 won (the cheese versions); the beef-tripe taco, tripa, at 4,800 won, is what most people came for. We read 30 posts dated 7 July to 17 October 2026; 25 describe a visit. Two were about other places and were dropped; three (lists, or a visit elsewhere) were not counted.

What sets it apart
- Expect a line. Seventeen posts say they waited; those that timed it give 20, 20, 20, 20–30, 30, 30, 30–40, 35, 40 and 40 minutes. One couple arrived at 10:50 on an early-October holiday, found 20–30 people already queued, and left. Only two walked straight in: a Friday afternoon in July and a weekday at 5 pm in August. Three posts mention yellow umbrellas and parasols put out for the line; one mentions a portable air-cooler and water under an awning.
- No reservations and no waiting list. Seven posts say there is no app or sign-up sheet — you queue outside in order of arrival. Five note that takeaway orders skip the line.
- The outdoor tables are the point. Fourteen posts mention the terrace or street tables. One counted about six two-seat tables outside and six to eight inside, and warned that groups of three or more wait longer. Two called the interior small; two moved indoors in midsummer to escape the heat and mosquitoes.
- People drink here. Twelve posts ordered beer, soju-beer, tomato beer or tequila; soju-beer was 2,500 won a glass and a tequila shot 3,000 won.

- Nobody called it expensive; seven posts said it was cheap or fair, one noting every taco is under 5,000 won. Prices quoted held steady from July to October. One post warned that tacos are small and you need at least two each.

No post said which floor it is on from experience. The address says ground floor and many sat at street-side tables, but nobody stated the floor.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — we don't know. Several mention it sits on a steep hill.
Only one post described the toilet: round the side of the counter, with a slightly confusing entrance. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in copied info blocks, which we don't count.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

What we do not know
- Opinions differ on offal and lamb smell: three posts noticed none, two found a faint smell that did not bother them, and one found the tripa's gamey odour off-putting.
- Two posts found the staff friendly; one said a server sighed and scolded them for amending a long order, and they won't go back.
- Getting there by transit is disputed: one post says a 10-minute walk from exit 2 of Noksapyeong station (line 6), another that public transport means a long detour and walking or driving is quicker. One mentions the village bus getting stuck in traffic.
- Seven posts went with friends, six with a partner or spouse, two with family. None went alone or with children.
- Twelve posts give the same hours, 1 pm to 10 pm with last order at 9, though most copied them. One confirmed the 1 pm opening first-hand; one said it opened at 11 am on an early-October holiday, so holiday hours may differ. Four say it closes on Lunar New Year's and Chuseok day itself. One saw a 'line closed' sign go up around 8:30 on a Friday night.
- Three posts list the phone number 010-9776-8989, but with no reservations there is little to call about. Two mention a QR code on the menu that shows photos of each dish.
