Tama (registered as Tama Sushi) serves a single dish, an eel-over-rice set, on the ground floor of the Korea Federation of SMEs building at 30 Eunhaeng-ro, Yeouido. We read 30 posts from 16 January to 9 October 2026; 29 describe an actual meal. Posts up to early August 2026 give the set at 65,000 won, and most from mid-August on at 66,000 won; takeaway is 55,000 won (50,000 won in January–February posts). Steamed egg custard, a fried dish, seaweed and roe laver, miso soup, the eel box and dessert arrive in turn, and ten posts say you order on a tablet at the table. Eight posts were written by people dining with a husband or boyfriend, the most common company.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Twenty-five posts say the portion is large. One writes that the eel covers the box so the rice is not visible; another took hers away after three bites. Several posts say leftovers are boxed for you, and five posts actually took food home (one ordered takeaway from the start). One writer's husband had only eel left, and the staff packed it over fresh rice.
  2. Reservations changed in early 2026. The one January post says there were no bookings and queuing was a must; from February, seven posts booked through CatchTable, two of them noting it used to be walk-in only. One post received a bottle of sake as a booking perk.
  3. Six posts waited or saw a queue; one got in easily on a weekday evening. People were waiting before the 5 pm evening opening on a weekday, the room filled and a queue formed around 7 pm on a Saturday, and it was nearly full at 12:30 on a weekend. A repeat visitor says arriving around 1 pm, after the lunch rush, gets you straight in. Two posts mention waiting chairs by the door, and one says there is no remote queue — you write your name on a paper list.
  4. Thirteen posts say the kitchen is open to the room; two watched the eel being finished with a blowtorch.

Parking

4 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park4 of 29 posts

Four posts actually parked in the building's car park. One went in around 5:15 pm, left around 6:10 pm and paid 1,000 won for ten minutes past the 45 free minutes. Most other mentions of 45 free minutes are copied listing details, and one post says parking was free for the whole meal, so accounts differ. One post warns the building houses a wedding hall, so weekends can be crowded.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 4 (of 29 posts read)
Lift to the floor1 of 29 posts

No one says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pushchair gets in — not that there isn't, just that nobody wrote about it. One post notes the lift from the car park opens right in front of the shop, and four describe it as off a ground-floor corridor.

No one mentions the toilets — whether they are inside the restaurant or separated by sex. We don't know.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Only three posts read as having come by subway; one says it is a five-minute walk from National Assembly station, another that the shop entrance is closer to exit 3 of that station than to the main gate facing Yeouido Park. Many posts say it is near Yeouinaru station, but mostly in hashtags or copied directions.
  • Twenty-three posts list the same hours — daily 11:00–21:30, break 14:30–17:00, last order 20:30, no closing day — but all copied them from the listing rather than checking. One post writes 'weekdays' only.
  • The price seems to have risen from 65,000 to 66,000 won in mid-August 2026, but four later posts still write 65,000 won, so some copied an old figure. Five posts call it expensive; one couple paid 142,000 won for two sets and a bottle of beer.
  • The side dishes rotate. The fried dish was shrimp tempura until June 2026 and a beef fritter in July–August; abalone appeared some days in late August–September, and October posts show both shrimp and beef. Dessert was dried persimmon in April–July and green tea ice cream from August. We can't say what a given day brings.
  • Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1400-1634 (12 posts) and 02-785-1634 (4 posts). Posts say reservations go through CatchTable rather than by phone.
  • The shop gives a cup of sake for writing a review, and seven posts say they got one. Only two posts disclose sponsorship, but several read as promotional, repeating the same phrases in the same order. One post left template code behind and contradicts itself, so we did not count it as a visit.
