Seonseon 10 (Seo-Yeouido) is a café on the ground floor of an apartment-block arcade between the National Assembly station and the KBS main building. It opened in June 2025, the second shop of one that started in Incheon. Coffee, sandwiches, and baked things — scones, brownies, a salt bread. On weekdays the door opens at seven in the morning, and a sandwich bought between seven and ten makes the americano half price. Buy a drink and a bag of rusks is yours for nothing, scooped from a tub by the counter. It is a small room: one table for four, three for two, and a few seats along the window. We read five posts, written between July 2025 and January 2026 by five different people.

What sets it apart
- What the shop itself puts forward is the morning. Four of the five posts say the same thing: a sandwich bought between seven and ten makes the americano half price. It opens at seven on weekdays, which is an offer aimed squarely at the walk to work — and one writer did stop in on her way to the National Assembly. But four posts describe the deal and not one writer ate a sandwich. So we can tell you the discount exists; we cannot tell you what the sandwich is like.
- It is a small room. The three posts that describe the seating do not contradict each other: "not huge, but it holds five or six groups", "there aren't many tables", and a count of one four-top, three two-tops and a few window seats. One of them notes that the tables and chairs move, so a larger group can push them together. None of the three failed to find a seat, and one lists "there are seats" among the reasons to go. Not one post mentions queuing.
- Four writers call it cheap. Desserts "in the two-to-three-thousand-won range"; scones "around ₩2,000–3,000"; the salt bread "on the cheap side"; and the cup of shaved ice "sized for one person, and priced to match". But the only figure anyone writes down is for scones, and even that is an estimate. No post gives the price of a coffee, a sandwich or the bingsu — we cannot tell you what to bring. On portions the posts agree the other way: two remark on how large the coffee cup is.
- Three of the five came back. One first stopped in with colleagues after spotting a sandwich board for cup bingsu, and returned later with her parents-in-law. One went again the very next day and found the pastry case rearranged. One found the Dubai cookies sold out in the evening and came back the following morning. The other two say nothing about their own comings and goings, so we do not know whether it was their first visit — that is silence, not a first visit.

Getting inside
Not one post mentions a threshold, a step or a ramp. We cannot tell you whether a wheelchair or a pushchair gets in. It is a unit inside an apartment-block arcade and all five writers walked in, but none of them describes the doorway. Do not read that silence as "no step" — a wasted journey rides on it.

What we do not know
- The hours look less like a disagreement than a change — and we cannot tell you which one holds now. Two posts from July 2025 give the same line: weekdays 07:00–21:00, weekends 10:00–21:00. One from August 2025 shortens the weekend to 20:00. One from January 2026 gives weekdays 07:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00, and closed on Sunday. Only the opening hour — seven on a weekday — holds across all four; the closing time and the Sunday have been shrinking. The most recent account is also the shortest, and it stands alone, so it is not in our counts. If you mean to go on a Sunday, ring first.
- The denominator is five, not eleven. Eleven posts had been matched to this address and we removed six. The shop's name, 선선10, contains 선선 — the ordinary Korean word for pleasantly cool weather — so posts about a café in Mullae, an izakaya, a food truck by the river and a rice-cake studio in Singil all came along with it. The sixth was harder: a different shop in the same building. A kimchi-stew restaurant shares the street address, 38 Uisadang-daero, but sits in block 101, unit 104, while this café is block 102, unit 111. All five posts we kept name the shop at the checkout and match down to the unit number.
- We do not know whether there is a toilet inside. In five posts nobody describes using one. One writer, giving directions, places the shop "beside the passage to the arcade toilets" — that is a landmark, not a statement about the café's own facilities. No one mentions separate men's and women's rooms, or an accessible one. This is not "there is none"; it is "no one wrote it down".
- No post says what floor it is on, or whether there are stairs. The registered address puts it at unit 111, block 102 of the Yeouido The Sharp Island Park arcade, and the map listing agrees — but not one of the five writers mentions a floor. One says "the arcade block in front of the KBS main building", another "the Sharp building by Yeouido Park", and that is as far as it goes. Nobody says whether you go up, down, or take a lift.
- No one describes arriving by train. One post gives "about six minutes from exit 4 at National Assembly station", but it sits in the same copied header block. Of the other four, two work in the neighbourhood — one stopped in on the way home from a late shift and again on the way in the next morning — and two walked over after lunch nearby. How far it really is from the station, we have not confirmed.
- Not one post mentions queuing. None of the five describes a wait, and one lists "there are seats" among the good things. That is not the same as saying there is never a queue — the room holds a dozen-odd seats and opens at seven for the commute, so there is likely an hour when it fills. What we do know is that things sell out: one writer went for the Dubai cookies in the evening, found none, and came back the next morning.
- Not one post declares a sponsorship. One of the five states outright that she paid; the other four say nothing about money, which is not the same as saying it was not paid for. Five posts, five people — no one wrote twice. But three of the five went up within a month of opening, in early July 2025, when a new shop draws a burst of attention; our reading is weighted to that moment. Only one post is from 2026 or later.
