ZEST & ATRIO

제스트·아트리오 Jeseuteu·Ateurio Zest and Atrio are the two restaurants on the second floor of the Conrad Seoul — Zest, the English word for zest, is the hotel's buffet, and Atrio, Italian for atrium, is its Italian restaurant.

Compiled from 15 blog posts read in fullSources →

Two restaurants on the second floor of the Conrad Seoul share one registration: the Zest buffet and the Italian restaurant Atrio (no post covers the 'TNB' in the registered name). We read 20 posts from December 2024 to October 2026, 15 of them from actual visits — 12 at Zest and 3 at Atrio. A December 2024 post put the Zest dinner buffet at 145,000 won per person on weekdays and 165,000 on weekends; posts from June 2025 on give 180,000 for weekends. Three posts agree that breakfast is 67,000 won. Atrio is an à la carte place for wood-fired pizza and pasta: posts list pasta at 37,000 won, pizza at 36,000 and tiramisu at 13,000.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.

What sets it apart

  1. People ask for the window seats here: 7 posts sat by the window, several after requesting it when booking — one was told the request would be passed on but not guaranteed. Being on the second floor, though, the view is limited: one dinner post saw nothing after dark, and a breakfast post (seated near the full window row) said there was little to look at.
  2. Eight posts drank wine at dinner without paying extra — one sparkling, two reds and two whites, according to two of them, plus draught beer from a self-pour machine. Whether this is permanent is unclear: a December 2024 post tied it to December, a June 2025 post said it came with the renovation for weekend dinners, a September 2025 post called it a special that week, and a December 2025 post booked the unlimited-drinks option separately.
  3. Two posts describe a private room at Zest. One booked the Yuzu room for four to six a month ahead: there is only one, and the condition was buying a 170,000-won bottle of champagne. The other mentions a group room for six or more, held with a 50% prepayment.
  4. All four breakfast visits mention the live egg station — fried, scrambled, poached, omelette or egg-white omelette, made by a chef on the spot — and the counters that cook rice noodles and udon to order.

  1. Both posts that took children to Atrio mention high chairs and child tableware — one names the Stokke chairs and says the stroller was kept at the door, the other got yellow kids' trays after mentioning two children when booking. No post took children to Zest.

Parking

Posts saying you can park4 of 15 posts

Those who drove used the IFC Mall car park — 4 posts parked and 1 used valet. Several posts repeat the 'three hours free' line, which we did not count. One found spaces hard to come by on a weekend evening; another notes the allowance is one car per party for three hours, which runs tight if you arrive at 6.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 11 (of 15 posts read)
Lift to the floor5 of 15 posts
Step-free access1 of 15 posts
Toilet inside1 of 15 posts

No one says whether the entrance has a step. Five posts took the lift to the second floor, and one wheeled a stroller into Atrio. At Zest, one post warns that the window seats involve going up and down steps and suggests the step-free tables near the desserts for families. No post describes getting in by wheelchair.

Only one Atrio post mentions a toilet, inside the restaurant. Nobody describes where Zest's toilets are or whether they are separated by sex — that is unknown, not absent.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 17 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Zest's prices depend on when you read. In December 2024 dinner was 145,000 won on weekdays, 165,000 on weekends and 189,000 over the holidays; a September 2025 post gives 170,000 for Wednesday–Thursday and 180,000 Friday to Sunday, and a July 2026 post also lists 170,000 for weekday dinner. One post found full price steep; three thought it reasonable. Three posts paid with a Hilton tier or promotional discount.
  • Breakfast gets busy: one post arrived at 8 and waited about 15 minutes; another walked straight in on a Monday but saw the room nearly fill after 9. For dinner, one post saw a line outside Zest but had booked and barely waited, so we can't say.
  • One post describes the walk: underground from Yeouido Station (lines 5 and 9) through the IFC Mall, entering the hotel on L1 between Juno Hair and Shake Shack. Other posts' 'directly connected to the station' is copied information.
  • Opening hours differ by restaurant and meal. Two posts agree that Zest dinner runs 18:00–21:30, with two Saturday seatings at 17:30–19:30 and 20:00–22:00; one gives breakfast as 06:30–10:30. Two posts agree that Atrio is open 11:00–21:30 with a break from 14:00 to 17:30. All of this was copied from listings, and the claim that weekday dinner runs only Wednesday to Friday also comes from copied text.
  • Each restaurant has its own booking line: two posts give 02-6137-7120 for Atrio, while Zest appears once as 02-6137-7105 and once as 0507-1361-7100. Eight posts booked ahead.
  • An August 2026 post had heard that a Zest renovation was about to finish; that is hearsay and we did not count it. Only one post, from October 2026, comes after it.
