Ilpum Yeouido-jeom
일품 여의도점 Ilpum (一品) means 'a first-rate dish' or 'top quality'; this is the Yeouido branch of a small Seoul chain that also has Gangnam, Gwanghwamun and Magok branches.

Ilpum's Yeouido branch is a kaisendon (sashimi rice bowl) restaurant in the basement of the Anwon Building, 25 Eunhaeng-ro, near exit 3 of National Assembly station. Posted prices: kaisendon 26,000 won, premium kaisendon 37,000 won, whole-eel unagidon 40,000 won. All four posts say a bowl comes with steamed egg custard and miso soup first and mango pudding at the end; three mention a mini cold udon in between. We read 30 posts from 29 July to 14 October 2026. Four of them are about this restaurant (29 July to 7 October), and all four are first-hand visits. The other 26 matched only because the word 'ilpum' appeared (a soju brand, or 'superb' in a review) and were set aside.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- There is a central sushi bar as well as tables — all four posts mention both. One describes a large bar in the middle with four-seat tables on either side; another mentions group seating.
- Two posts sat at the bar and watched the bowls being assembled in the open kitchen right in front of them; one asked the chef for more laver and got it on the spot.
- Three posts found it easy to reach from National Assembly station, each putting it about a five-minute walk from exit 3.
- Three of the four posts went as a couple (husband or girlfriend); one took their mother on a holiday. One couple ordered two different bowls and swapped bites.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | 2 of 4 posts |
|---|
It is one floor below ground. Two posts describe going down; one says it was bright enough that you forget you're in a basement.
No post says whether the way down is stairs or a lift, or whether there is a step at the door. We simply don't know.
No post mentions the restroom — whether it is inside the restaurant or separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Only one post mentions waiting: around 1 pm on a weekday it was busy but there was no real queue. We don't know about the noon rush. One post booked through Naver.
- A high chair is mentioned only in one post's copied listing; no one went with a child.
- Three posts copy the same opening hours: 11:00–21:30 with a 15:00–17:30 break, closed Sundays. One mislabels the break as last order. No one gives an actual last-order time.
- Prices run from 26,000 won (kaisendon) to 40,000 won (whole-eel unagidon) per bowl. No post calls it expensive or cheap.
- Two posts list the phone number 0507-1381-1643. One booked through Naver; we don't know whether phone reservations are taken.
- All four titles carry search-keyword phrases, and one pastes in a review-count widget and a list of booking perks. None discloses sponsorship. We counted only what each writer ordered, where they sat and what they paid.
