Cafe
NONNONANNA
논노난나 Nonnonanna Nonno is Italian for grandfather; the name pairs it with nanna, and the cafe names its two signature Vienna coffees after each half — Nonno's and Nanna's.

A cake cafe on the ground floor of a building in a residential lane off Songi-ro 2-gil, between Songpa and Seokchon stations. It sells slices and whole cakes built on castella sponge, plus Vienna coffees topped with cream. Three posts each give 11,500 won for the fresh-fruit castella slice and 6,500 won for the Vienna coffees, so a slice and a coffee come to 18,000 won. We read 30 posts from March 2025 to October 2026; 3 were about other shops (mala soup places) and were set aside. All 27 remaining posts record an actual visit, and 19 of them fall within one month, 16 September to 17 October 2026. Ten of the 27 took their cake away.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- It is small, but you can sit down. Fifteen posts mention seating. Two counted tables: one listed two 2-seaters by the counter plus two 4-seaters and a 2-seater further in; another counted about five tables of six, four and two seats. Opinions on size are split, 5 calling it small against 2 calling it roomy.
- The cream keeps coming up as not heavy: 7 posts said it was not greasy and 6 said it was not very sweet, against one that called the cake sweet. The '100% dairy cream' and 'aged cream' lines are the cafe's own wording, repeated by writers, and we did not count them.
- Nine posts call it quiet, usually noting it sits in a residential lane rather than on a main road. One writer found it empty at 7:30 on a rainy evening; another read a book in a quiet corner seat.
- You can see where the cakes are made: three posts mention it, one describing a kitchen visible through a glass window.
2 more
- Whole cakes are reserved ahead: four posts booked or collected one. One writer picked up at about 9:40 on a Sunday, noting most other shops would not hand over before 11. One post says slices cannot be reserved and are chosen from the case on the day.
- It is walkable from the station: four posts say so, one giving 7–8 minutes from Songpa station exit 1, another saying it is close to a bus stop. One writer warned it is a lane back from the main road and easy to miss.

Parking
1 posts say you can park; 3 say you cannot. We leave the disagreement standing rather than picking a side.

Parking is tight. Three posts said there is none, one found a small space beside the shop easy at the weekend, and one was inconclusive. The 'after 5 pm on weekdays, one or two cars beside the building at weekends' line and the paid lot a minute or two away are repeated from the shop's notice. Of three posts that came by car, one just stopped briefly nearby while picking up.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
It is walkable from the station: four posts say so, one giving 7–8 minutes from Songpa station exit 1, another saying it is close to a bus stop. One writer warned it is a lane back from the main road and easy to miss.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 25 posts read) |
|---|
Only one post states from its own visit that the cafe is on the ground floor; the rest only copy '1F' from the address.
No post describes the entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or pram from experience. 'Wheelchair accessible' appears only in one post's copy of the listing. One family went with a three-month-old but said nothing about the way in. This means nobody wrote about it, not that it is easy or hard.
Nobody says whether the toilet is inside the cafe. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' is copied listing text in two posts, and one post only photographed a wifi-and-toilet notice.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No post reports waiting for a table; one said take-away and delivery customers mean seats are rarely a worry. The catch is stock: evening visitors (one at 7 pm) found many cakes sold out, while one who came at 10:30 am found the case still being filled. The five-minute wait to decorate a whole cake bought on the spot is hearsay.
- Opening hours are mostly copied from notices. The most common version, in eight posts, is 10:00–22:00 Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10:00–20:00 Wednesday and Thursday, and 09:00–22:00 at weekends. Two posts say weekdays close at 20:00, one says 22:00 every day, and one (March 2026) lists Tuesdays as closed. Several say closing days change monthly and are posted at the door and on Naver. A March 2025 post had Monday to Thursday closing at 20:00; posts from December 2025 on have Monday and Tuesday open to 22:00.
- We only know some prices: the fresh-fruit castella slice at 11,500 won (three posts), blueberry at 9,500 and strawberry at 10,500 (one post each), americano at 4,000 and latte at 5,000. For whole cakes there is one recollection of about 39,000 won for a mini and one 'under 50,000' for a size 1; nobody gave a size-2 price. Four posts called it good value and none called it expensive.
- Seven posts give the same phone number, 0507-1460-6115. Two say whole cakes are booked through Naver, with day-before or same-day orders by phone.
- The 19 posts from September–October 2026 repeat the same search phrases, and two of them disclose sponsorship or a free visit. Across all 27, three disclose sponsorship or hosting, three say they paid, and 21 say nothing. Read the many glowing verdicts knowing much of them came out at once in the same mould.
