본가진미간장게장 Bonga means the original family house and jinmi means true flavor; ganjang gejang is raw crab marinated in soy sauce, the dish the house is named for.

A soy-marinated crab restaurant at 420 Baekjegobun-ro in Songpa, near exit 4 of Songpanaru station. The signature set is female crab with shrimp, abalone, salmon and conch in the same marinade, 50,000 won per person; a male-crab set without roe is 19,000 won. Sets come with sides such as tteokgalbi, japchae and steamed egg, plus soybean stew and rice. Five posts said you order on a tablet or kiosk at the table. We read 30 posts dated 12 May to 18 October 2026. Four were about other restaurants and 18 describe an actual meal there. One September post says a remodel replaced the shoes-off floor seating with tables throughout.

What sets it apart
- The spicy marinated crab is genuinely hot. Nine of the 18 diners said so. Two compared it to Shin Ramyun, both saying it was hotter. A September writer said it was tasty but too hot to eat. One writer found it mild enough for people who don't handle heat, and one called it moderately spicy without going further.
- Diners kept saying the soy crab is not salty. Eleven said so, one adding that it didn't leave them reaching for water. One found the first bite a little strong before it evened out. Ten said there was no fishy smell.
- There is a separate hand-washing sink, mentioned in five posts. One placed the toilet further inside and the sink outside it.
- Four posts said writing a receipt review gets you free soy-marinated shrimp; one who claimed it got four. Another missed out because they didn't know beforehand.

No diner described which floor it is on. Only the address says ground floor. That doesn't mean it isn't, only that nobody wrote about it.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. We don't know.
Only one post says the toilet is inside the restaurant. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in a copied info block, which we didn't count.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split five to two: five called it expensive, two reasonable, and both of the two belong to the templated batch described below. The small male-crab stew for two was listed at 71,000 won through September and 85,000 won in an October 14 listing, both copied from the place page.
- Only one post mentions a wait: on a weekend, a line started forming right after they sat down. Three posts say Naver booking works, and one writer booked ahead. No one gave a wait in minutes.
- A September 19 writer returning after a long gap said a remodel meant shoes stay on and every seat is now at a table. We don't know when it happened, and no post from May 2026 onward mentions floor seating.
- Fourteen diners listed opening hours. Thirteen said 11am and one said 10am; all said it closes at 10pm. Last orders at 9pm, no afternoon break and closing on holiday days all come from copied place information.
- Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1342-5081 in eight posts and 02-422-5081 in two. One writer called the 02 number to reserve a takeout order and asked for the crab to be cut up.
- Nine posts from May to October follow one template. Their titles pair Seoul's top soy crab with the Sung Si-kyung episode, they carry the same smartstore blurb and they end with the same link. Only one says it was sponsored. We counted them because they describe what was eaten, but praise for cleanliness, friendly staff and fair prices is concentrated in this batch.
