A charcoal pork-makchang house about 180 m from Sindang Station exit 4, in a converted plywood-factory building on Dasan-ro 44-gil. Salt-grilled makchang is 12,000 won and spicy marinated makchang 13,000 won, with a three-portion minimum on the first order. The intestine arrives par-grilled and whole, is cut and finished over charcoal at the table, and is dipped in makjang mixed with chili and scallion. Several posts describe the open front windows or shutters as giving it a street-stall feel. We read 30 posts from June 21 to October 18, 2026, and counted the 25 that describe a visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Ten posts mention the three-portion first order; pairs usually made it up with two salt-grilled portions plus one of spicy makchang or chicken feet. Two posts say the staff accepted just two portions for two people, and one notes that after the first order you can add single portions.
- Eleven posts say staff grill for you and fourteen say the makchang comes par-grilled. Several specify that staff cut and grill the first round and you take over after that. One post disagreed, saying staff only cut the par-grilled pieces.
- Expect a wait from around 7 pm. Eight posts waited or saw a line. Those who arrived on weekdays at 6:00 or 6:40 got seats and watched a line form near 7. Two posts found one party ahead on a Sunday evening; another arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday with four parties ahead and waited 60 minutes in total, warning that it is a paper-ticket system that skips you if you are not at the door. One post walked straight in on a weekend. Four posts booked through Naver and did not wait.
- Ten posts say there is no gamey smell, and none say otherwise. Writers from Daegu call the makjang Daegu-style, though one found it a little sweet and another found it mild.
2 more
- Eight posts mention free pork skin for writing a Naver receipt review; one says they wrote it but never got the skin.
- Three posts say it is easy by subway, about 180 m or a two-to-three-minute walk from Sindang Station exit 4. One notes there is no separate signboard, only lettering on the wall, so it can be hard to spot.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station

Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 2 of 23 posts |
|---|---|
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 23 posts |
No post describes the floor or any steps from experience; only the address says ground floor.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. Nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as saying there is none.
Two posts say the restroom is inside; one adds that it has separate men's and women's stalls and was notably clean.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Four posts found the staff friendly; one found them curt, describing an hour-long wait with empty tables inside and staff calling numbers as if expecting no one to answer.
- Twelve visit posts give the same hours, daily 4 pm to 1 am. None mention a closing day, break time, or last order, so we do not know those.
- Prices were steady from June to October 2026, except gopchang sulbap: 7,000 won in one June post, 8,000 won in two September posts. No post gives a total bill; for two people, the three-portion minimum alone comes to 36,000–37,000 won before drinks.
- Four posts booked through Naver. Several list the phone number 0507-1400-4521, but none say they booked by phone.
- Two posts from the 'bongs' accounts (September and October 2026) follow the same template of photo captions and hashtags, so we did not count them as visits.
