Yebada

예바다 Bada is the Korean word for sea; none of the posts explain the name.

Compiled from 12 blog posts read in fullSources →

A Korean-style pork cutlet and pasta house in unit 110 of the Housedi Sejong Tower shopping arcade, three to five minutes' walk from Exit 1 of Seongsu Station. It also serves Korean stews, rice bowls and bibimbap. You order at a kiosk, and soup, pickles and radish kimchi come out first. As of July 2026 the big cutlet was 10,900 won and the combination plate 12,900. We read 20 posts from October 2024 to September 2026; 13 of them describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Prices have gone up. The big cutlet was 9,000 won in February 2025, 9,500 in July, 9,900 in October–November and 10,900 by July 2026; the cutlet-and-pasta set went from 12,900 in October 2024 to 13,500 in July 2025. Even so, no post calls it expensive, and seven say the prices are fair for Seongsu.
  2. Five posts say the portions are big; one ate the whole set alone and says so. One post disagrees, finding the 'king-size' cutlet merely an ordinary amount.
  3. The meat is thin: three posts say so, one with regret and one who prefers it that way because the sauce soaks in better. Six posts describe the coating as crisp.
  4. Two posts went alone and two went with groups of coworkers; one party of five pushed three tables together. A July 2026 post notes plenty of single seats.

  1. Four posts say the room is small. An October 2024 post says the owner had reduced the dining space so there are few tables; no one says when that happened.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 12 posts read)

Only one post mentions the floor, saying the shop is on the ground floor of the building.

We don't know whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — not because there isn't, but because no one wrote about it.

We don't know where the restroom is or whether it is separated by gender; no post mentions it.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 16 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Accounts of waiting split one to one: one post says you queue at peak lunch (relaxed at 11:30, full after noon), another party of five had no wait at lunch. No visit post gives a waiting time in minutes.
  • Opening hours appear the same in five posts, though all are copied info: weekdays 11:00–21:00, Saturday 11:00–15:00, closed Sunday. Only one post gives last orders (20:30 weekdays, 14:30 Saturday), and it found the stews unavailable after 7:30 pm on a weekday.
  • Five posts give the phone number as 02-3499-4222. No one says whether the shop takes reservations.
