What sets it apart

What we do not know
- Only one post (December 2025) says the restaurant moved from the basement to the ground floor of the same building. Even the November 2025 posts already describe the current space, so we know nothing about the old one.
- Nobody describes actually waiting. One post says there is a queue at lunch without giving times; another arrived at 5 p.m. and saw office workers fill in around 6.
- Three posts went with friends, one with a parent and one alone; we have very little on visiting with family or children.
- One post says stew can be ordered for one, another that pork belly needs a two-portion minimum; these concern different dishes, not a contradiction.
- Six posts give opening hours, all copied from the restaurant's info: weekdays 10:00-22:00 in all six; weekends 11:00-20:00 in five, with one January 2026 post saying 11:00-22:00. Four mention a 15:00-17:00 break. Only one says it opens on holidays.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 0507-1325-3490. Three mention reservations, all tied to a year-end group-booking promotion; whether ordinary table bookings are taken is not stated.
- Fourteen of the 30 posts come from one blogger with receipt badges.
