Ours Blanc Seongsu is a bakery-café occupying a whole building in a side lane off the Seongsu café street. The basement is the bakery; you go up half a flight to the ground-floor counter to pick bread and order, then eat on the second or third floor or the fourth-floor rooftop. Several writers note it is a branch of the Ours Blanc that started near Hyochang Park. Seating is upstairs. One writer notes the ground floor is order-only with no seats, and ten posts describe the second floor — window-facing seats, large tables, and a folding door opened on fine days. Some found the third floor roomier and calmer than the second.
Five posts describe ordering on the ground floor and eating upstairs. Some note the basement is the bakery; none mention customer seating there.
Access is unclear. Two posts say you climb half a flight of stairs to reach the ground-floor counter, and seating starts on the second floor. Nobody mentions a lift or ramp, or going in with a wheelchair or pushchair — that means no one wrote about it, not that there is none.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Four posts went with friends and one alone. None went with children or family. One writer relays being told dogs are allowed in a bag on the third floor or the outdoor seats out front; we did not count it.
- Seventeen posts give opening hours as 10:00–21:00 daily, thirteen of them with last order at 20:30 — mostly copied from the Naver listing. No post mentions a closing day.
- Several posts list the phone number 010-2394-8357 (one also gives 02-517-1988). No one mentions booking.
- On price, one writer said the sandwiches are pricey and wouldn't return; a third-time visitor rated value as average. The rest listed prices without judging them.
- Opinions on the baguettes split: three found them chewy or hard (one said they were fine after the air fryer at home), two loved the hard crust. A third-time visitor felt the baguette and fillings had slipped since earlier visits and downgraded the place.
