Radar is a cake cafe in a dark grey brick building at Yeonmujang-gil 39-29, a few minutes from Seongsu Station exit 4. Four posts nearly walked past because there is no sign. You pick from 10-12 cakes in the ground-floor showcase, order at the counter, and sit downstairs, on the terrace or upstairs. Prices given: iced Americano 5,500 won, latte 6,000 won, a slice of cake 8,300-9,200 won. We read 26 posts from November 2025 to October 2026; 21 describe a visit. Four were about other places that share the name and one was a one-line list entry, so we did not count them.

What sets it apart
- Thirteen posts mention the courtyard terrace behind the ground floor. One counted four or five tables among plants; others found it nearly full even on a weekday, with few seats to go around.
- Ten posts call it spacious, some surprised because it looks small from the street. Even so, two posts found the ground floor full and went upstairs.
- No post describes waiting. Two said there was no wait, one on a weekend around 2:20 pm, the other because the place is big enough that waits are rare.
- Walkable from Seongsu Station exit 4: four posts put it at about 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 5-10 minutes.

The two floors feel like different rooms. Nineteen posts entered on the ground floor and described an upper floor too: the ground floor is wood-toned and dim, the upper floor white and brighter. Several posts say you reach the upper floor by stairs from the terrace rather than from inside. One noted staff bring drinks to ground-floor tables, but upstairs you carry your own.
The registered address lists a basement level, but no post mentions one; nineteen posts entered at ground level.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That's not a no, just that nobody wrote about it. The upper floor and toilets appear to be reachable only by stairs, which one post found steep and a little slippery. No one mentions a lift.
Seven posts say the toilets are upstairs only, and three say you go out across the terrace to reach them, so we did not count them as indoors. Three posts note separate men's and women's rooms; one found the women's a single stall with a queue.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 22 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Five posts mention a rooftop, but all date from Dec 2025 to Mar 2026 and none actually went up. Posts from May 2026 on mention only the two floors and the terrace. We don't know whether the rooftop is still open.
- Few posts say who they went with: three with family, one with a boyfriend, one with friends. Two went with a husband, which we left uncounted.
- Opening hours changed. Five posts from Nov 2025 to Jan 2026 give 11:00-22:00 daily; eleven from Mar to Sep 2026 give 10:30-22:00 daily, seven of them with last order at 21:30. Most copied this from the listing; one says it is open every day of the year.
- Prices: iced Americano 5,500 won (four posts), latte 6,000 won (five posts), cake slices 8,300-9,200 won. Two posts found it expensive: one said two coffees and a brownie came to nearly 30,000 won, the other that slices are pricey but large.
- Nine posts list the phone number 02-6080-3929. None says whether you can book ahead.
- Four posts call the coffee or the place merely decent. Opinions on the cakes differ: of the two posts on the souffle cheesecake, one found it soft and moist, the other firmer than expected.
- Copied listing info disagrees on pets: one post says allowed, another says not, and nobody brought one.
