La Avenue Seongsu is a cake cafe on the ground floor of a church building on Seongsu-il-ro 10-gil, near Seongsu Station exit 1. You pick fresh-cream cake slices from the case onto a tray and pay for them with your drinks at the counter. Visitors put slices at 7,800–8,900 won and an americano at 4,800 won. The fruit follows the season: strawberry cakes through March, apple mango the most-eaten from June to August. What sets it apart
- Eight posts mention an outdoor terrace in front. One sat outside because the inside was full and found it pleasant in the cool weather; a June post noted the terrace is roofed against sun and rain. The 'pets on the terrace only' line comes from the shop's own listing, so we did not count it.
- Sweetness depends on what you order. Three posts called their order sweet — two on the chocolate cake, which one called intensely sweet — while five posts that had fruit cakes or plum tea said they were not too sweet.
- Two posts saw a two-hour seating limit that applies only when the cafe is full.

Only one post mentions the floor, saying it is on the church's ground floor; no one mentions a basement or upstairs seating.
On getting in, one post says a stroller came in fine. No one mentions a step or ramp at the door — that means nobody wrote about it, not that there isn't one. One post warns heels can get caught somewhere, without saying where. A course post describing an elevator and marble floors did not match the other posts, so we left it out.
The toilets appear to be in the church building rather than in the cafe: one post mentions the walk to the building's toilet, another says separate men's and women's toilets inside the building, and a third says a passage at the back leads to them. None makes clear whether they are inside the cafe itself.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Views on price split: two posts found the 4,800-won americano fair for Seongsu, one called slices at 8,000–9,000 won steep, and three said pricey but worth it. One post paid 21,600 won for a cake slice and two drinks. We ignored the lower figures in two generic write-ups.
- Nine posts give the same hours, 09:00–22:00 with last order at 21:00. Five posts from March to June say Saturdays open at noon (one wrote 'weekends'), while three from August–September list 9 a.m. with no exceptions. We cannot tell whether Saturday opening changed; most of these are copied info blocks.
- Three posts say it is a 2–5 minute walk from Seongsu Station exit 1; no one mentions taking a bus.
- No post describes waiting; two sat straight down, on a Saturday around 4 p.m. and just before the weekend peak. Three posts found it busy even on Sundays and weekdays, and one moved to the terrace for lack of indoor seats. Nobody recorded a wait time.
- Three posts went with friends, one alone, and one with a group arriving in several cars. One post saw many families with small children, but none of the posts went with kids themselves.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 0507-1308-0120. Several say whole cakes can be reserved on Naver; one normally needs two days' notice but got a cake by phoning at 10 a.m. for a 2 p.m. pickup. We don't know whether tables can be reserved.
- Five write-ups mostly repeat the shop's own listing (the 'California lounge cafe' line, 100% dairy cream, parking validation, pets on the terrace); we did not count them as visits. One gives hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., which matches no other post.
