A salad-pasta counter at 421 Ttukseom-ro in Seongsu: you walk the line like at Subway, choosing pasta, leaves, vegetables, cheese, toppings and sauce, then mix it all in one bowl. The base bowl is 9,500 won, with toppings at 1,000 or 2,000 won each, and several posts note a weekday lunch crowd from nearby offices. We read 30 posts from August 2025 to October 2026. Five were about the Yeoksam branch and were set aside; seven (delivery, one-line diary mentions) didn't show an in-store meal and weren't counted. That leaves 18 posts from people who ate there.

What sets it apart
- The bowls are big. All seven posts that mention portion say it was a lot — one called it a basinful, another said she left some greens. A regular adds that they'll give you more pasta if you ask.
- The pasta isn't sitting pre-portioned: four posts say it goes into the water as soon as you choose it, the way Subway toasts your bread.
- The house Pipim sauce is hot. Three posts that tasted it say so. Staff warn you it is about as hot as Shin Ramyun, and one writer said that turned out to be exactly right; people who don't like heat mixed it with the basil-cheese sauce.
- Five posts say staff walk first-timers through each step of ordering. One writer who had to wait at lunch was given a free topping by the owner.

What we do not know
- Opening hours have changed. Five posts from August–October 2025 give a weekday close of 20:00; three from January 2026 on give 20:30. Saturdays went from 11:00–20:00 (2025) to 11:00–15:00 (January 2026) to 11:30–17:30 (August 2026), and one August 2026 post gives a 10:30 weekday opening. Every post agrees on closed Sundays and a 15:00–17:00 break. These are all copied info blocks, so check before you go.
- Only one post actually waited — five to ten minutes at a full weekday noon. Another took two tries to get a seat and says there is sometimes a lunch queue. Nobody wrote about waiting in the evening or at weekends.
- It's a bit of a walk from the subway. The '10 minutes / 780 m from Seongsu Station exit 3' line is copied info; the two posts that describe the walk say it is a little far from both Seongsu and Ttukseom stations, one saying Ttukseom is closer. Nobody mentions the bus.
- Three posts went alone, two with friends and one with a partner. None went with family or children.
- What a meal costs depends on toppings: 9,500 won for the base, plus 1,000 or 2,000 won per topping, so one protein takes you past 10,000 won. Of five posts that talk about price, two call it cheap for Seongsu and none call it expensive. One notes delivery is discounted but charges 2,000 won extra to mix two sauces.
- Two posts give the same phone number, 0507-1494-1339. Nobody said whether they take reservations.
- Five posts about the Yeoksam branch (opened 2026, Teheran-ro 38-gil 11) were left out — same name, but a different shop with its own hours, seating and parking.
