oyoyoy's flagship is a standing oyster bar at 45 Seongsuil-ro 4-gil, Seongsu. You stand at the bar with a premium set of two Goheung and two Tongyeong triploid oysters (22,000 won), a wild rock oyster picked by size (market price) or fried oysters (12,000 won), and wine by the glass from 8,000 won. What sets it apart
- There are no chairs. Twelve visit posts say you eat standing; none mention sitting. Besides the bar there are small two- and three-person tables, also for standing. One diner warns your legs will ache, another found standing a bit uncomfortable, and one group stayed on their feet for over three hours.
- Waits vary: two posts waited, four walked straight in. One diner arrived at 5:20 pm on a Saturday behind 11 groups and got in after about 50 minutes; another, on a weeknight after 8 pm, waited over 30 minutes behind two groups and then another 20 at the door. Two of the walk-ins say they came on a weekday. The queue runs through CatchTable.
- Oysters are shucked at the display in front of the bar. Six visit posts watched it happen; one saw the shucker throw out any that looked off once opened.
- Fourteen visit posts paired the oysters with wine, sold by the glass; a photographed menu shows Casa Solis Reserva Chardonnay at 8,000 won and Jean-Balmont Sauvignon Blanc at 12,000. Whisky, tequila, draft beer and Hwayo soju are also listed.

No one mentions a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — this is unknown, not a no. Note it is a chairless standing bar, and one post says the outside toilet involves stairs.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post went with family or children; five went with friends and one with a husband.
- Ten posts give opening hours, all copied from listings: weekdays 4–11 pm in all ten, weekends from noon in eight, last order 10:30 pm in eight. One post alone says Tuesday–Friday with Mondays closed; no other post mentions a closing day.
- No post totals a meal's cost. One diner hesitated because oysters are pricey; another rated the price 5 out of 5. Four posts put the premium set at 22,000 won, one at 20,000. The set is meant to be Goheung plus Tongyeong, but two posts say they got Geoje oysters instead of Tongyeong.
- Several posts copy the shop's notice that reservations (CatchTable or Naver) take one group per 30-minute slot, with all other tables walk-in; no post actually booked. Four posts give the same phone number, 010-2362-5552.
- The menu has changed: a diner who went in February and again in April 2026 found Goheung oysters, clams and stone sea squirts newly added on the second visit — a single source. Two posts found the rock oysters sold out by evening.
- One comparison article claims the Seongsu shop has comfortable seating; it contradicts twelve visit posts and records no visit, so we did not count it. Another post reads like compiled research, so we counted only its wine mention.
