오근내7닭갈비 Dakgalbi is Korean stir-fried marinated chicken; bloggers read the 7 as this being the seventh numbered branch of the Ogeunnae chain that began in Yongsan.

Compiled from 21 blog posts read in fullSources →

A cast-iron-plate dakgalbi restaurant on the ground floor of the SK V1 Center I building on Achasan-ro 17-gil, between Seongsu and Konkuk University. Some posts read the 7 as the seventh branch of the Ogeunnae chain that started in Yongsan. Dakgalbi is 16,000 won a portion and nearly everyone ordered two. You order by scanning a QR code at the table; staff cut the whole chicken thighs on the plate and stir-fry them, and people add udon, jjolmyeon or cheese and finish with 3,000-won fried rice. One post put two portions plus cheese at 36,000 won. We read 30 posts dated 14 August to 3 October 2026; 22 are meals eaten here. The other 8 were about other Ogeunnae branches (Yongsan, Yeouido, Magok) or other restaurants, and we set them aside.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.

What sets it apart

  1. You order by scanning the QR code at your table; fifteen posts did. Three say fried rice is not on the QR menu and has to be ordered from staff. One person put noodles in the cart, forgot to submit, and warns others to check.
  2. Staff come to the table to cook. Ten posts say staff cut the chicken and stir-fried it for them. Two describe it differently: in one the server started it and then left, so the diners had to keep stirring with the big spatula themselves; in the other the server checked once and told them when to turn it.
  3. Eleven posts mention outdoor tables by the entrance. One person who came at 8 pm in late August went inside because it was still muggy.
  4. Thirteen posts say the room is large. One describes rows of four-person tables that can be pushed together for groups, with floor-to-ceiling glass and a high ceiling. The '100 seats' figure is repeated from the restaurant's own description.
6 more
  1. Ten posts say the portions are big. Five say that after two portions and a noodle add-on they were too full for the fried rice.
  2. No post mentions waiting. Two walked straight in, around 6 pm and at 3 pm on weekends. Nobody wrote about weekday lunch or dinner peaks.
  3. One post says it is a 10-minute walk from exit 4 of Children's Grand Park station; another gives 859 m from there, or 16 minutes on foot from exit 2 of Seongsu station. One person got lost inside the SK V1 Center building following the map and advises walking around the outside instead.
  4. Six posts call the staff friendly, one noting they took photos for foreign guests even while busy. One post found them lacking in friendliness.
  5. Five posts are from repeat visitors, including a couple who say they have been about ten times and another couple who came often when they lived nearby.
  6. Three posts mention celebrity autographs on the wall. A singer sighting comes from two posts by the same blogger about the same visit.

From the station

One post says it is a 10-minute walk from exit 4 of Children's Grand Park station; another gives 859 m from there, or 16 minutes on foot from exit 2 of Seongsu station. One person got lost inside the SK V1 Center building following the map and advises walking around the outside instead.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 21 posts read)

Nobody wrote about steps at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — we don't know, which isn't the same as there being none. One post notes it is on the ground floor of an office building.

Nobody described where the toilet is. Two posts list separate men's and women's toilets, but both copied that from the listing, so we don't count it.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Opinions on heat are split: six posts call it spicy, two say it is barely spicy (one thought it would suit children), and four land on 'not too spicy, mildly hot'.
  • Six posts call the sauce sweet; one says the opposite, that sweetness is held back.
  • One change: a couple who used to come often wrote in September 2026 that QR ordering is new, and that staff used to do all the cooking whereas now diners scrape the plate between visits. We don't know when this changed; every post we read from August to October describes the current way.
  • Few posts say who they came with: two couples and one with a sister. None describe coming with friends or as a group; many say it would suit team dinners, but that is a guess.
  • Fifteen posts list opening hours, all copied from the listing. Ten say 11:00–22:30, three say it opens at 11:30, and three give a 22:00 close but disagree on which days. Most agree on a 15:30–16:30 weekday break; one post that walked in at 3 pm on a weekend supports the claim that there is no weekend break.
  • Prices were the same in every post, but nobody judged them expensive or cheap. Only one post totals a meal: two portions plus cheese for 36,000 won.
  • Nine posts give the phone number as 02-2205-8889; one gives 02-797-0131. 'Naver booking available' appears only in a copied info box; nobody wrote that they booked.
  • Eight posts carry the same set of five hashtags, and two pairs of posts share near-identical sentences. They look like commissioned posts, but only one says so (it was given a meal voucher). We did not count the shared sentences.
