Narince
나린제 Narinje Narince is a white-wine grape native to Tokat in Turkey; several posts say the name was taken from that grape, and one says it was grown in the owner's home region.

Narince is a Turkish restaurant and wine bar on a back lane in north Seongsu-dong. A Turkish owner cooks and serves, and people come for dishes like Istanbul köfte (26,000 won), midye dolma (17,000 won) and hummus (9,000 won) with Turkish wine. Posts from December 2025 describe it as newly opened. We read 30 posts dated December 11, 2025 to September 29, 2026; 14 are from people who went. Fifteen are round-ups written after the restaurant appeared on KBS's Saengsaeng Information on August 27 and September 4, 2026, so we did not count them as visits, and one was about a different cafe in Mangwon-dong.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- It is small. Eight posts from people who went said so, and none called it roomy. Six describe the seating: a January 2026 post counted three two-seat tables, one four-seat table and a bar; a December 2025 post counted four four-seat tables plus the bar. Some sat at the turquoise-tiled bar the owner built himself and chatted with him.
- Six posts say you can book, including through Naver. Three noticed a card with the guest's name waiting on the reserved table. Many recommend booking because the room is small.
- No one wrote about waiting. One January 2026 post found the place empty at 1 p.m. on a Saturday, said there is rarely a wait, and noted chairs outside for anyone who does. Nobody has reported on lines since the TV appearances in August and September 2026.
- All five posts that mentioned meat odor said there was none: three from December 2025, when the köfte was lamb, and two from 2026, after it switched to beef.
3 more
- Nine posts from people who went drank Turkish wine. The one named most often is the white Diren Collection Narince, the grape the restaurant is named after. Several note that the owner imports the wines himself.
- Seven posts say the owner is friendly. The recurring detail is that he explains how to eat each unfamiliar dish—for midye dolma, squeeze lemon and use the top shell as a spoon. Several mention that he speaks Korean well.
- Three posts describe getting there from the subway: about ten minutes on foot from Seongsu Station exit 1. One listed the distance from the station as a downside and advised following a map, since it sits deep in an alley.

Parking

There is no parking at the restaurant. Two posts say so and point to the Seongsu 2-ga 3-dong public lot (1,800 won an hour). Other posts' "no parking" lines are copied listing text.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

No one who went described the floor. Only the address and copied directions ("ground floor of a house behind the GS25") say it is on the ground floor; no visitor confirmed it.
No one mentioned a step at the door, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller—we don't know. Note that the restroom is outside the building, by the parking area.
The restroom is outside the restaurant. Two posts say so; a December 2025 post describes going out of the building and right, through the parking area, and found it clean. No one said whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 15 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-04 | 7 posts in one day |

| 2026-08-27 | 4 posts in one day |
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Portions split one to one: a January 2026 post found two mains and a side for two too much to finish, while a September 2026 post said portions are small enough to come for a second round.
- Opening hours have shifted. December 2025 posts list Tuesday–Thursday 5–11 p.m., Friday–Sunday 11 a.m.–11 p.m. with a 3–5 p.m. break, closed Mondays. January 2026 lists weekend opening at noon, February and March at 2 p.m. Posts from August 2026 on list Wednesday–Friday 5–11 p.m., weekends 2–11 p.m., closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Most of this is copied listing data, so check before going.
- The köfte changed meat: December 2025 posts describe lamb, one noting the owner said beef would replace it that month, and every 2026 post says beef. Posts also mention that the menu changes periodically.
- No post gives a total bill, only menu prices: mains 22,000–26,000 won, small plates 8,000–11,000 won, kaymak 12,000 won, and one bottle of wine at 50,000 won. Midye dolma rose from 15,000 won in December 2025 to 17,000 won from January 2026. One post found it good value; another said it costs a bit more than a kebab shop. A January 2026 post says weekends require one drink per person.
- More than 13 posts give the phone number 0507-1378-1992; two round-ups list other numbers once each. Reservations are by phone or Naver booking.
- Five visit posts appeared on December 11–12, 2025. Two disclose sponsorship and three say nothing, and they share details—the Christmas tree, the name cards, the owner's explanations. Without them there are nine visit posts.
