You climb stairs to get in. The address says ground floor, but six posts call it the second floor and five more describe going up half a floor or a flight of steps. One notes it is listed as the first floor but you go up a few steps, and the basement is a different business; another calls the stairs low enough for a three-year-old.
No post mentions a wheelchair, stroller, entrance step or lift. Eleven describe climbing stairs, so we do not know whether there is a step-free way in.
Only two posts mention the toilet: one says it is inside the shop, the other that it is unisex. Nobody else wrote about it.

What we do not know
- Three posts give about ten minutes' walk from Seongsu Station exit 3, but only one writes it from experience. Nobody mentions arriving by bus.
- No post describes queuing. That is not proof there is no wait — most writers had booked. One saw two walk-in groups arrive and, given the small room, recommended booking.
- Twelve posts list opening hours, all copied from the shop's listing: mostly 10:30 to 1:00 (2:00 on Friday and Saturday), closed every other Sunday. One gives 1:30 on weekdays, another 2:00 on Mondays, and one writer arrived for an 'opening around 4' — actual opening may differ from the listed 10:30.
