A Mom's Touch franchise on the ground floor of the Baekseok Building at 122 Achasan-ro, by exit 3 of Seongsu Station, selling chicken-thigh burgers, beef burgers, boneless chicken and pizza. Prices in visit posts: thigh burger set 7,700 won (June 2026), hallabong thigh burger 5,400 won, smash burger 5,700 won alone or 8,200 won as a set, soy-garlic boneless chicken 14,900 won. Two posts (August and October 2026) say the branch relocated and expanded, adding pizza and chicken, but neither gives the old address or the month. We read 29 posts from September 28, 2025 to October 5, 2026; 17 were about other businesses (mostly a hair salon upstairs), and 7 describe eating here.

What sets it apart
- Two posts say food came slowly: one watched someone who arrived later get served first; another waited long after a friend's identical order and suspected staff had dropped the burger and remade it. No post says service was quick.
- Two posts describe seating: a June 2026 visitor ate alone at a window bar counter, and an October 2026 post says there are plenty of single and group tables with more seats further in. A May 2026 post found the room spacious and fairly quiet.
- The one post that had the soy-garlic boneless chicken said it was nearly gone after two pieces and the fries were cold. No post calls the portions large.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
No visitor described the floor; '1st floor' appears only in copied address lines.
No one mentioned a step at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. The elevator mentions come only from salon posts upstairs, so we did not count them here.
We don't know about the toilet; one post explicitly says it didn't try it, and no one else mentions it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 11 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts (August and October 2026) mention the move but give neither the old address nor the date. Check-ins at the current address appear as early as September 2025, so the move may be older than those posts suggest.
- Two posts say something about staff, neither kindly: one gave service 2 out of 5 and noted no ketchup came with the nuggets; the other guessed staff had dropped and grudgingly remade a burger and rated the branch 1 point.
- Two posts say it's right by Seongsu Station exit 3; no one mentioned buses.
- No visitor reported queuing. A 'very crowded at lunch' line comes from a copied store table, not a visit. That means no one wrote about it, not that there is never a line.
- Only two posts say who they came with, one alone and one with a friend, so there is no pattern.
- Opening hours come only from copied blocks and disagree on opening time, 10:30 in one post and 10:00 in another; both say closing is 22:10. No one mentions a closing day.
- Prices vary by item and date: one post says the replacement smash burger costs 300 won more than the old grilled beef burger, and an August 2026 post says burger sets are nearing 10,000 won. Collaboration set prices are quoted from brand notices.
- The phone number (0507-1468-3880) appears in just one copied block, and no one says whether bookings are taken.
