A Gyeongsang-style Korean-beef soup house in an alley near the Seongdong tax office, Gwangnaru-ro 8-gil 9. The soup is 11,000 won with rice on the side; in the evening many posts add mungtigi raw beef (50,000) or intestine hot pot (65,000). Posts keep noting that the shabby, old-house exterior opens onto a wide, clean room. What we do not know
- Waiting depends on timing. One post waited, saying the line moved fast; four were seated right away (before noon, 7 pm on a weekday, 5 pm on a weekend with a booking, and after work). Two more found no wait late in the evening or after 12:30. Talk of long lunch lines was hearsay, so we did not count it. Two posts describe benches, a raised platform and barley tea outside for those waiting, and two mention reserved tables or a booking.
- It is not near a station: two posts say it is awkward by public transport — about 15 minutes' walk from Seongsu Station exit 2, and the village bus is infrequent. Two more just say it is a bit far from the station.
- Opening hours of 11:00-22:30 match across eleven posts, and six give a 21:30 last order. The afternoon break starts at 14:30 in six posts and 15:00 in four; one post says 14:30 on weekdays and 15:00 on weekends, which would reconcile them. Most of these are copied listing blocks.
- The regular soup is 11,000 won everywhere, but the large size is 13,000 in an August 30 post and 14,000 in a September 5 post. One group of four sharing soup, bibimbap and raw beef at lunch paid about 15,000 won each. Four posts say the portion is fair for the price.
- Several posts copy the same phone number, 0507-1469-4997, but no one says they called. Two posts mention reserved tables or a booking; the claim that Naver booking is available is copied info.
- Eight posts right after the August 28 TV episode follow one template and only restate the broadcast and prices. Phrases such as same-day slaughter, 48-hour broth and 200 bowls a day are the shop's own claims, so we did not rely on them.
