A wood-fired bagel shop in a red-brick two-storey building at 17 Seongsui-ro 26-gil in Seongsu-dong. You tick bagels on an order sheet at the ground-floor counter, then eat upstairs, at the outdoor tables out front, or take them away. What sets it apart
- Seven posts mention parasols and outdoor tables in front. One writer sat outside with a dog, and noted the dog had to wait outdoors while someone went in to order. That is the only post about bringing a pet.
- Waits depend on the hour. Four posts did not wait (weekday lunch, weekday 1 p.m., a weekday afternoon, Saturday 4 p.m.). Two saw a line: about seven people ahead at noon on a weekday, and none in the morning but a line forming from around 12:30. No post covers a weekend lunchtime.

There appears to be no parking. Two posts speak from experience: one warns there is nowhere suitable to park, the other says stopping briefly in front draws a 120,000 won fine and recommends the KT Seongsu public lot. Lines like "parking: not available" were copied info blocks and we did not count them.

Most eating happens upstairs. Nine of the 18 visits mention second-floor seating and five call it roomy, noting the tables are well spaced. Two describe a long central table with smaller ones on either side and green beanbags by the window. A Saturday 4 p.m. visit found it quiet.
Four posts say you order on the ground floor; seating is upstairs and outside. No post mentions a basement.
We do not know whether the entrance has a step, whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there is a lift to the second floor. That is not to say there isn't — nobody wrote about it, including how you get upstairs.
One post says the restroom is on the second floor (the writer went up from the outdoor seats to use it). No post says whether it is separated by gender or how big it is.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 17 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split three to two: three posts found it expensive (one called the prices wicked, one asked why they had gone up, one regretted a pricey item at a team lunch), while two found the lunch set cheap and the drinks reasonable. Prices for the same item also differ: cream cheese and cream at 5,900 won in two posts and 6,200 won in three; manchego at 3,900 or 4,200 won. The split does not follow the dates, so we cannot say when prices rose. A meal runs 10,000 won for the lunch set, or roughly 8,000 to 11,000 won for a bagel and a coffee.
- One post dated September 24, 2026 raised hygiene: flies on the bagels, staff handling payment and dough with the same gloves, and little air conditioning on a 30-degree day. No other post addressed cleanliness either way.
- The weekday lunch set seems to be new: an October 5, 2026 post said it was not there on an earlier visit, and a September 26 post also mentions it. We do not know when it started. No post mentions a move or a name change.
- No visit described the walk from a subway station or bus stop; nobody wrote about getting there from Seongsu Station.
- Opening hours differ between posts: three give weekdays 8:30 to 18:30 and weekends 8:30 to 20:00, three give daily 8:30 to 20:00 with last orders at 19:30, and one gives daily 8:30 to 18:30. Most of these are copied info, so check whether weekdays close at 18:30 or 20:00. A guide post written without a visit relayed a notice that all branches closed on Chuseok day 2026.
- Four posts list the phone number 02-498-0077. None says whether reservations are taken; every visit describes walking in and filling out the order sheet.
- Five posts say who they went with: friends in three, a fiancé in one, a work team lunch in one. No one went with children, so we know nothing about high chairs or kids' facilities.
