Karis Seongsu is a tonkatsu restaurant on the second floor of 50 Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu-dong. What sets it apart
- You don't order through staff. Seven of the 8 diners ordered by kiosk or table tablet. One explains that the entrance kiosk is only for when there's a queue, otherwise you use the tablet at your table; two mention a sign by the door in four languages, Korean included.
- Families show up a lot: 4 of the 8 went with a daughter, son or nephew, and two posts noticed black high chairs stacked by the wall. The rest went with a group of colleagues or four friends (2) or a partner (1).

The restaurant is up a flight of stairs. Three posts mention the second floor, and one says there's no elevator, just stairs. Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller, so we don't know.
One post says the toilet is outside the restaurant, half a flight up the stairwell, locked with a card key you get from the counter. Only one post covers this, and nobody says whether it is split by gender.

Of the 9 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on how fast food arrives: one says it is fried to order and took about 15 minutes, another says it came out very quickly. That's one against one.
- No post describes waiting. Two say they were seated straight away, one because a single four-seat table was still free. A visit around 1:30 on a Sunday found only two or three tables empty. We don't know how long weekend lunch waits get.
- Five posts list the same hours, daily 11:00-22:00, but all copied from an info block. Last order is 21:20 in three and 21:00 in one. No post mentions a break time.
- A meal runs 17,900-18,900 won for a katsu set and 18,900-19,900 won for pasta. One post gives the tuumba as 19,000 rather than 19,900. One diner said it was 'by no means cheap' and that the 14,900 won four-piece katsu sando isn't enough for a meal.
- Five posts give the phone number as 070-4060-7873. One suggests booking through Catch Table, but no one wrote about actually reserving.
