A soufflé-pancake café on Yeonmujang 11-gil, on the ground floor of the Woori Cube building near Seongsu Station exit 3 — the Seongsu branch of ZenZen, a chain whose first shop is in Incheon. The draw is three thick soufflé pancakes topped with cream and fruit: the seasonal-fruit plate, ordered in eleven posts, is 19,800 won; honey cream is 15,800; an Americano, ordered in thirteen, is 5,000. Several posts repeat the shop's notice that pancakes are made to order and take about 20 minutes. We read 30 posts from 20 August to 5 October 2026; 23 describe an actual visit. Five were about other ZenZen branches or merely shared the name, and we set them aside.

Beyond the "1F" in the address, no post describes the floor from experience; nobody mentions stairs or a basement, but nobody describes the way in either.
We don't know whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in, or whether there is a step. One post copies a listing that says entrance, seats and toilet are wheelchair accessible, but nobody describes it from experience — and the toilets are out in the building.
Three posts say the toilets are not inside the café but out in the building, and two say you take a key hanging by the door. Two posts say they are separate for men and women.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split: two posts call it too expensive ("pricier than a meal"), two say it was worth the money. One price has risen: honey cream was 15,000 won in December 2024 and 15,800 won in 2026 posts.
- Two posts (late August to mid-September, both multi-stop Seongsu outings) found the service poor. No post describes the staff as friendly.
- No post describes queueing. One says they walked straight in at Saturday lunch; the line that you wait when full is general advice, not experience. That is not proof there is never a wait — just that nobody reported one.
- All opening hours are copied from listings.
