JADE & WATER
제이드앤워터 성수 LCDC점 Jeideuaenwoteo Seongsu LCDC-jeom The name is plain English, jade and water; diners note the green marble tables that echo the 'jade'.

Jade & Water's Seongsu branch is a daytime brunch and Western-style restaurant on the fourth floor of the LCDC Seoul complex, a five-to-ten-minute walk from Seongsu Station exit 3. The most-ordered dishes are the kimchi fried rice (17,000 won), ricotta pancakes (25,000 won), Monte Cristo (18,000 won) and orange chicken (28,000 won); you order by scanning a QR code at the table. It is a branch of a restaurant that began in Oksu-dong, and the Oksu shop still runs, so this is not a relocation. We read 30 posts from 26 August to 4 October 2026; 22 describe an actual meal. We set aside five that were about the Seoul Station or Hanam branches or the café on the building's ground floor.

Rows without a count: 5 of 10 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Windows are what posts mention most: 14 describe floor-to-ceiling glass and sunlight, one noting glass on three sides. Four saw the outdoor terrace, one describing rows of black tables under an awning.
- Ten posts say the room is large or the tables well spaced — one contrasts it with the much smaller Oksu shop — and three found it quiet.
- Seven posts say you order by scanning a QR code at the table; one adds that you pay on the way out.
- No post reports a queue. Two say they walked straight in, both at weekends — one on a Saturday afternoon without booking, one with only about two other tables occupied. Three booked ahead.

Only one post parked: building valet, 4,000 won for 90 minutes. Other figures such as 90 minutes free were copied info blocks, so we did not rely on them.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 6 (of 21 posts read) |

| Lift to the floor | 6 of 21 posts |
| Toilet inside | 1 of 21 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 21 posts |
Six posts took the lift to the fourth floor. One couldn't find it, climbed to the third floor until the stairs ran out, and then found the lift at the back of the building.
No post mentions a step at the entrance or arriving with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there's no barrier; we only know there is a lift.
One post, by a restroom reviewer, describes the toilets: inside the restaurant to the right of the entrance, separate for men and women, and dim enough to be confusing.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts split on price: two call it expensive, and two say it isn't cheap but is fair for the portions and quality. One gave a meal total: three dishes for 54,000 won after a coupon.
- Ten posts give hours of 9:00 to 17:00 and eight give a 16:00 last order, mostly from copied info blocks. Only one copied block says it opens every day, so we don't know the closing days. One post notes there is no dinner service.
- The phone number 0507-1379-7159 appears only in three copied info blocks. Posts booked through Naver (one mentions a 10,000-won-per-person deposit) and CatchTable.
- Four posts (3 October, two on 2 October, 16 September) read like promotional copy, listing the TV chef endorsement, six Blue Ribbon years, no break time and kid-friendliness in the same order. None disclosed sponsorship, but we weigh their praise lightly. The TV sign and Blue Ribbon are the shop's own claims and were not counted.
- Opinions on taste split. Three posts praised the kimchi fried rice and two found it ordinary, like home cooking. Of the pancake posts, two found it dry or cold, one too rich, and one found the bacon slightly off.
