Ilsimjeong

일심정 Ilsim means 'one heart' — single-minded devotion; jeong is a common ending for a house or pavilion. The posts do not give the characters.

A Namdo-style seafood house on the second floor of the Bomun Building at 127 Seongsui-ro, near exit 2 of Seongsu Station. At lunch it serves set meals such as dried croaker, spicy octopus and roe stew; in the evening, aged sashimi, poached monkfish and a chef's course to go with drinks. Prices in the posts: roe stew 10,000 won, grilled mackerel 12,000, sea bass sashimi 40,000, croaker sashimi 50,000, medium monkfish 75,000; one post put the course at roughly 50,000-70,000 won a head. We read 30 posts from 9 August 2025 to 26 September 2026 and counted 7 as actual visits. Of the rest, 22 are templated copy and 1 was written by the shop itself.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. You order from the table. Three posts say so: a tablet on each table, a kiosk at the seat, and ordering and paying without getting up.
  2. Plenty of tables. Four posts describe the seating: tables for two up to group tables, pushed together for parties, and one saw a company dinner going on next to them. Two posts add that the room itself is not large.
  3. A May 2026 post says writing a Naver receipt review got them a free plate of octopus with noodles. We don't know whether that still runs.

The most ordered dish is altang (알탕) — 2 of 7 posts.

The prices here are what bloggers wrote down in their posts, and they may have changed since. Check Naver Place for the current menu and prices. This list is not a menu board — it counts what bloggers actually ordered and ate. Check on Naver Place

Parking

1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park1 of 7 posts

Parking is unclear. One visit post says there is a lot behind the building, but the copied listing blocks disagree with each other: parking available, basement parking, and no parking. No post says they actually drove.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 3 (of 7 posts read)
Lift to the floor1 of 7 posts

It is upstairs. Three posts went up to the second floor by stairs, and one says you can use either the lift inside the building or the outside stairs. Several mention a fish tank right at the entrance.

No one wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — that means unknown, not absent. One visit post mentions a lift; two others took the stairs.

No one said whether the toilet is inside the restaurant. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in a copied listing block and in templated posts, so we did not count it.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 23 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-08-152 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Most posts about this place are templated copy. Nineteen from 5-26 September 2026 repeat the same lines (three minutes from exit 2, one stop from Konkuk Univ., produce shipped from Sinan, Mokpo and Yeonggwang), the same side-dish list and the same order of dishes, with no prices at all; three from mid-August 2026 repeat each other too. We did not count these 22.
  • No post reports waiting. One line saying it is 'known for lunch queues' is hearsay. One post says it was busy even early on a weekday evening, with people still coming in.
  • Only one visit post says who they came with (a friend). There isn't enough to say how it works for groups, dates or families.
  • Hours: five posts give 11:00-23:00 with a 15:00-17:00 break, closed Sundays, but all copied from the listing. One of them says both 'daily' and 'closed every Sunday'.
  • Only three posts give prices, and none gives a price for the lunch sets (crab, dried croaker, octopus). One post found the octopus soup expensive.
  • Four posts copied the phone number 0507-1328-3419. No post says they actually made a booking.
