A charcoal pork grill in the Ttukdo Market lanes of Seongsu-dong (8 Seongdeokjeong 17-gil), opened in early April 2026 as the fourth venue from the company behind the nearby izakaya Hogamdo. Pork belly, thin-sliced belly and neck (180 g) and jowl (120 g) all cost 16,000 won, and you grill them yourself on a cast-iron plate over charcoal. The first ring of egg poured around the plate and the first pot of soybean stew come free. Recent posts list daily hours of 15:00 to 1 a.m.; in April the shop opened at 16:00, stayed open until 2 a.m., and was closed on Sundays in the first weeks. We read 30 posts from April 2 to October 3, 2026; 27 of them describe an actual meal there.

What sets it apart
- You grill the meat yourself. Four posts said staff grease the plate with a strip of fat, pour the egg and leave; only one August post said a server grilled for them once the other tables had cleared. Several diners warned that the charcoal runs hot and the meat needs frequent turning.
- Eleven posts said extra side dishes come from a self-serve bar. The table is set with scallion salad, radish, kimchi, pickled wild garlic and lettuce; one diner noted that wasabi is not on the bar and has to be requested.
- Nine posts described the meat as thick, and six called it juicy. Three said the portions were generous, one of them finding a two-person order more than expected.
- Five posts said prices were reasonable. Every cut stayed at 16,000 won from April through August; one August group of four paid 64,000 won for four portions of neck before drinks. Soju and beer are 5,000 won.

No post mentions a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That doesn't mean access is a problem; nobody wrote about it. One post noted from its visit that the dining room is on the ground floor.
The toilet is outside the shop, according to two posts: down the alley to the right, and you need to take the key. Whether it is separated by gender appears only in copied info boxes, so we don't know.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waits vary. One post waited about ten minutes at dinner and another watched a steady queue all Friday evening, while one August group of four walked straight in: two posts against one.
- 'Ten minutes on foot from Seongsu Station exit 3' is copied into many posts' info boxes; nobody described actually walking it, and one post says exit 4. Bus directions to the Ttukdo Market stop are copied too.
- Opening hours have changed. April 2026 posts show 16:00 to 2 a.m., and in early April some list Sunday closures and midnight closing on weekdays. All ten posts from May 15 onward show 15:00 to 1 a.m. daily with no closing day. Most of these hours were copied from listings; three posts read them off the sign at the door.
- Seven posts list the same phone number, 070-8670-5091. One diner booked through Naver before going, and another post says bookings are taken only for four or more.
- Several posts from April and May 2026 share the same phrases ('charcoal and cast-iron plate', 'picked in person at the Bucheon wholesale market', 'good for team dinners') and the same hashtag set, matching the shop's own blog. Three of them disclose sponsorship; seven posts across the whole set say the diners paid themselves. We did not rely on the shop's own claims about wholesale sourcing, Korean-pork certification or black pork.
- Pork skin seems to have joined the menu. Spring menus list only four cuts, and two posts from September and October 2026 mention skin; neither gives a price.
