Gyukatsujeong
규카츠정 Gyukatsu is the Japanese breaded, quick-fried beef cutlet; the posts do not explain the final syllable jeong.

A gyukatsu set-meal shop in the basement of 96 Achasan-ro, a short walk from exit 4 of Seongsu Station. Beef cutlets come fried only on the outside, still red inside, and you finish each piece on a small grill at your seat; you pay first at a kiosk by the door and are then shown to a table. Posts gave 17,000 won for the gyukatsu set and 18,000 won for the version with a soft-egg tendon bowl. We read 30 posts dated 14 July to 4 October 2026; five were about other shops (mostly Sato Gyukatsu nearby) and three were listings with no visit, so the counts below come from 22 visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect to wait. Fifteen visiting posts mentioned the line and thirteen had to queue. Recorded waits were 10, 17, 20, 20 and 20–30 minutes; a party of four waited over an hour in total because most tables seat two. The two posts with no wait came at 11:30 on a Monday and at a weekday lunch. Several registered on the CatchTable remote queue and browsed nearby shops meanwhile.
- Eight posts said you order and pay at a kiosk before sitting. One noted that when you are about second in line staff have you order in advance, and three said the food came quickly as a result — one timed it at under five minutes.
- The room is small. Seven posts described bar seats plus tables for two to four; three called it cramped or compact, one counting about ten tables. Two mentioned the kitchen running open in front of the bar.
- Most posts found the beef tender, but three found it heavy and greasy; one advised the regular size over the jumbo for that reason. A diner who had eaten at other branches said the Seongsu grill was too weak to cook the meat properly.
1 more
- Two posts said staff come by and relight the grill when it goes out, including one that visited with a child.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | 6 of 21 posts |
|---|
Six posts said you go downstairs to the basement; one warned it is easy to walk past the entrance the first time. On where you wait, one post said you could stand indoors in the basement, while another said there are no chairs outside.
It is one floor below ground, but no visitor described stairs, a lift or a step at the door. Wheelchair access appears only in a non-visit information post, which we did not count. That means nobody told us, not that there is none.
No post said where the toilet is or whether it is separated by sex. We don't know.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Several posts said the bar seats suit solo diners, but none of them went alone. Those who said who they came with: friends five, a partner two, family with a child one, a group of four one.
- Opening hours come from five posts copying the Naver listing: four say daily 11:00–21:00, one says it opens at 11:30, and all five give a 15:00–17:00 break. Two list last orders at 14:30 and 20:30, two only 20:30. None of this was observed first-hand, so check before you go.
- Prices were consistent from July to September 2026: 17,000 won for the gyukatsu set. Three posts said the tendon upgrade costs 1,000 won more, one guessed 2,000. The curry set at 19,000 won and the jumbo at 27,000 won come only from a non-visit post.
- Four posts gave the phone number 0507-1475-5030 and one gave 02-499-5009. Several used CatchTable's remote queue; one post's note that only the 11:00 weekday slot can be booked on Naver was copied, not confirmed.
