A cocktail and whisky bar on the fourth floor of a building right outside Exit 4 of Seongsu Station. Posts from August 2025 through September 2026 agree on 22,000 won for signatures and 20,000 won for classics, and every seat gets a free plate of crackers, cream cheese, fruit and pistachios. What comes up most is that bartenders will build off-menu drinks from your tastes. Inside is a long bar plus tables and sofas; outside is a terrace some call a rooftop. We read 30 posts from 31 August 2025 to 21 September 2026; 24 describe actual visits. We set aside 4 posts about something else and did not count 2 (a roundup list and a widget-built post).

- A snack plate comes as soon as you sit. Seventeen posts mention it: crackers and cream cheese, pistachios and the day's fruit (cherries, pineapple, grapes, shine muscat). Two point out there was no cover charge on top.
- Seventeen posts call the staff friendly, and they mostly mean the same thing: tell the bartender how sweet, sour or strong you like it and you get an off-menu drink, often after a sniff of the liqueur first. Two posts mention being given a cassis liqueur or a cheesecake shot on the house for a birthday.

It is on the fourth floor, not a basement; ten posts say so.
Nine posts describe taking the lift up; one says it is the only way up. One post says the entrance is on the far side of the building, not the station side, and another that the street sign is small.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. All we know is that you reach the floor by lift. That means nobody wrote about it, not that access is lacking.
One post, from experience, places the toilet inside on the same floor. Several call it clean, but none say whether it is split by gender.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Eight posts mention an outdoor terrace, but whether it is open varies. A September 2025 post thought it was not in use, an April 29, 2026 post was not sure, and an April 22 post was told tables go out once the weather warms. It looks seasonal.
- Opinions on price split: two posts call it reasonable for the service, one found it very expensive (about 60,000 won for two cocktails and grilled brie). Going by the posts, two or three drinks run roughly 40,000–60,000 won.
- No post reports waiting; two say they walked straight in. Nobody describes a Friday or weekend night crowd.
- Ten posts list the hours as 6 pm to 2 am daily, but all copy them from an info block; one lists 6 to 8 pm, likely a slip. Only one post backs the 2 am close from experience, and none mention a day off.
- Five posts give the phone number 0507-1410-1285. One copies a note that bookings go through Instagram DM; nobody wrote about booking ahead.
- Several posts from April to September 2026 repeat the same phrases about a spacious, relaxed room, custom cocktails and a wide whisky list. None disclose sponsorship and only one says the writer paid. We counted them because they describe real drinks and seats, but read the volume of praise with that in mind.
- Three posts are return visits, two by self-described regulars, one of whom first found the bar through the GOAT Seongsu bar crawl. Posts written during that event drank event-only cocktails, not the regular menu.
