A Korean lunch spot at Unit 107, ground floor of the Seoul Forest Halla Sigma Valley building (51 Seongsu-iro), whose signature is cold noodles topped with flame-grilled pork galbi; two posts say the name shortens "galbi-giving naengmyeon." There's also beef-tartare bibimbap, spicy pork bibimbap and hot-plate dishes, bulgogi in broth and army stew, and apart from 4,000-won dumplings every price posted falls between 10,000 and 12,000 won. Side dishes, rice and warm broth come from a self-serve bar, and you order from a kiosk at your table. Most writers came for a weekday lunch from nearby offices. We read 16 posts dated July 25, 2025 to September 18, 2026; 13 describe a visit, and 3 were set aside because "Gallaeng" appears only as a pun or the post is about a neighboring shop in the same building.

What sets it apart
- Six posts say rice and side dishes are unlimited from the self-serve bar. One lists bean sprouts, kimchi and seaweed stems as constants, with rolled omelet, fish cake or stir-fried sausage rotating in; the sausage side turns up in five posts. Warm broth is at the bar too.
- There is a lunchtime line. Two posts waited: one, on a Friday, found a queue but says it moved fast; another says if you don't arrive right at noon you wait, writing your order on a sheet at the door while you do. A third only warns there may be a wait. No post gives a time in minutes.
- Three posts ate alone; one noticed plenty of other solo diners, and two mention the bar-style seats along the window as good for eating alone. Others came with friends (two posts), family (two), a partner (one) and a group of coworkers (one).

Getting inside
No post describes which floor the shop is on; only the address says ground floor. One post notes a street-side door as well as an entrance from inside the building.
Nobody says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller fits. One promotional-style post calls the entrance open and easy, which we did not count. This means unknown, not absent.
No post mentions the restroom, where it is or whether it is separated by gender. We don't know.

What we do not know
- The galbi bibim-naengmyeon is 11,000 won in a July 2025 post and 12,000 won in a June 2026 one. With one post each we can't tell a price rise from a typo; other prices agree across posts.
- Three posts give the same hours, weekdays 11:00-20:00, closed Saturday and Sunday, and one says there is no afternoon break; all three read like pasted info blocks. Two posts list the phone number 0507-1377-6363; none say whether reservations are taken.
- One July 2026 post carries five alternate titles for the same shop and some thirty hashtags, a promotional pattern; we counted its army-stew meal but not its claims about parking or the entrance. "Grade-1 Korean beef," "grade-1 flour" and "48-hour marinade" are the shop's own claims, repeated by a writer, and were not counted.
