Esmero is a Spanish tapas restaurant on the 9th floor (plus rooftop) of the WiZ-L Seongsu building on Ttukseom-ro 13-gil, Seongsu-dong. Of the 28 posts by people who went, 24 ordered the seafood paella made with barley instead of rice (24,000 won); next come the gambas of whole large prawns with sourdough (10 posts), pintxos ordered by the piece (11), and octopus with pumpkin (31,000 won, 9). Two people's bills were recorded as 66,000, 74,000 and 89,000 won, and 160,000 won with a bottle of wine. Most visits are dinners with wine, sangria or beer. What sets it apart
- Twelve posts say they booked ahead, mostly through CatchTable, and some note you can choose the hall or the terrace/rooftop when booking. How busy it gets varies: one post found it full at 6 pm on a Saturday, another found it less than half full at 6 pm on a Sunday, and a third saw only three occupied tables on a weekend. Eight posts took the lift up to the 9th floor; two say the lift opens straight onto the entrance, and one warns the wait for the lift can take a while. It is not a basement venue.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pram can get in — that means unknown, not absent. We only know the lift opens onto the entrance.

- What 'terrace' means varies. Three posts sat on the terrace, but one says the terrace seats are indoors behind glass and only the rooftop is open-air; another found it enclosed like a greenhouse with blankets in winter, and a third mentions air-conditioning there. If you want open air, ask for the rooftop — three posts sat there.
- Opening hours appear in fourteen posts, almost all copied: thirteen give 11:30–22:00 daily, eleven give a 15:00–17:30 break (one says 15:00–17:00). Last order changed — 21:30 in three posts up to April 2025, 21:00 in seven posts from June 2025. No post mentions a closing day.
- Several tapas have gone up: patatas bravas from 10,000 won (April 2025) to 13,000 (March 2026) and 16,000 (July 2026); a pintxo from 4,000 won (to May 2025) to 5,000 (September 2026); fried squid from 17,000 to 19,000 won between March and June 2026; skewers from 5,500 to 6,000 won. The barley paella (24,000 won) and octopus (31,000 won) held steady from December 2024 to August 2026.
