Cafe

A to B

에이투비 Eitubi The name is the English phrase 'A to B' (from one point to another); none of the posts explain why it was chosen.

Compiled from 19 blog posts read in fullSources →

A café by day and bar by night on the second floor of an older commercial building at 135 Achasan-ro, a 3-5 minute walk from Seongsu Station exit 2. You check the menu by QR code at your table and pay first at the counter by the door. The signature is the banana brûlée cold-brew tiramisu (9,000 won), eaten in eight of the 20 visit posts; drinks mostly cost 5,000-7,500 won. We read 24 posts dated 9 February to 5 October 2026: 20 describe visits, 2 only introduce the place, and 2 were about other venues and set aside. One August 2026 post looks back on visits in summer and autumn 2025.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Six posts say it is close to the subway: three put it at three minutes on foot from Seongsu Station exit 2, one at five. One adds that Ttukseom and Konkuk University stations are about 15 minutes away.
  2. Expect to wait at weekends and busy times. Three posts waited: one for 20 minutes, one found a queue on a return weekend visit, one gave up once because the line was long. One got the last seat straight away around 8pm on a Saturday. Three posts describe writing your name on a list at the counter and waiting on chairs set out inside or in the hallway.
  3. The big windows define the room: seven posts mention them and the daylight. One says the window seats go first, and one found them a little cold in winter.
  4. One post copied the in-store notice: one drink per person, no outside food, pets allowed, and no laptops after 7pm on weekdays or at weekends. Another notes alcohol is not required and coffee is served in the evening too.

Parking

1 posts say you cannot park. None say you can.

Posts saying you cannot1 of 19 posts

One post says the building has no parking and that nearby public lots charge 3,000 won per 30 minutes. The 'no parking' lines in other posts were copied from the listing, so we did not count them. No one wrote that they drove.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

Second floor3 of 19 posts
In a basementyes 0 · no 3 (of 19 posts read)
Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 19 posts read)
Separate restrooms1 of 19 posts

You climb stairs to the second floor. Three posts describe going through a green ground-floor door and up the stairs. Others warn that the entrance is easy to walk past, so look for the small metal sign at street level and the A→B logo on the wall.

No post mentions a lift or a step at the entrance; three only describe taking the stairs. We do not know whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in.

One post says the toilets are outside the café: women's on the first floor (with a code), men's on the third. No other post confirms this.

No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 21 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Nine posts say who they went with, all with friends. None went alone or with family or children. Several said the bar counter looks good for solo visits, but none actually sat there alone.
  • Ten posts give the hours as 12:00-23:00 daily (last order 22:30), mostly copied from the listing. Only the latest post, from 5 October 2026, gives 10:00-22:00 (last order 21:30) with a weekday 10am-1pm discount. The hours may have changed, but that rests on one post, so check before going.
  • Views on price are mixed: one post found drinks at 5,000-7,000 won reasonable for Seongsu, one said desserts are a bit pricey, and one skipped the pistachio-strawberry brûlée as too expensive. The October 2026 menu (Americano 5,000 won, shot matcha latte 7,500 won) differs from spring posts, with some items up and others down. No one gave a per-person total; a drink plus a dessert usually comes to 14,000-17,000 won.
  • Two posts disagree on the persimmon dessert: one found it enough for two, the other called it small.
  • One February 2026 post was served cake in a badly chipped glass. No other post mentions this.
  • Seven posts give the same phone number, 070-4617-0812. 'Reservations' appears only in amenity lists copied from the listing, and no one says they booked, so we do not know whether you can reserve.
