Dulzura Seongsu is a wine bar on the second floor of a building on Seongsuil-ro 12-gil, a five-to-ten-minute walk from exit 1 of Seongsu station. Several posts say it is run by La Rose Wine, a wine shop in Hannam-dong, and the owner, a sommelier, opens, explains and pours the wine at the table. Pastas are 19,000-20,000 won and the chopped top-blade steak 29,000 won (February 2026 menu); in February and March a set of promotional bottles cost 39,000 won each. The dishes eaten most were the scallop oil pasta (seven posts) and the truffle ravioli (six). We read 30 posts dated 11 February to 6 September 2026; 19 of them describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- Nine posts single out the owner's service, and they describe the same things: once a bottle is chosen he comes to the table, explains grape and region, pours it himself and tops up glasses as they empty. Several say he told them to sip the wine while still chewing the scallop.
- Eleven posts walked from exit 1 of Seongsu station. Most say five minutes; two say about ten. One calls the spot a little out of the way.
- All eight posts that comment on price call it reasonable; none calls it expensive. Six of the eight, however, drank the 39,000-won opening-promotion bottles in February-March 2026, and another was a sponsored visit.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 9 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reports queuing; one says the reservation system kept things unhurried. The warning about Friday and Saturday waits appears only on the bar's own blog, so we don't rely on it.
- Opening hours agree across eight posts: from 17:00, closing at midnight Monday to Saturday and 23:00 on Sunday. The day off does not: four posts from 11-13 February 2026 say Wednesday, one from late February says no fixed day (announced monthly), a March post says to check Naver, and an April post says Tuesday. Check before going.
- Read prices by date. The 39,000-won bottles were an opening promotion in February-March 2026 posts; we don't know if it continued. The unlimited-wine event was 30,000 won per person in July-August and, per a September post, 39,000 won for season two in September-October. The bacon kimchi pilaf appears as 17,000 won on the February menu and 16,000 won in an April post.
- Whether wine is sold by the glass is unclear: one post says bottles only, another says they ordered a glass of white. Every other post ordered by the bottle.
- Only one post says orders go through a kiosk; the others describe ordering through the owner's recommendations, so we can't say which is the norm.
- Three posts say they booked ahead. The phone number 0507-1368-2841 is given the same way across many posts; Naver and Catch Table booking appear only in copied info blocks, and group hire and class bookings are described only on the bar's own blog.
- Of the 30 posts, we set aside 9: eight are the bar's own blog posts and one pastes review statistics and the house blurb. Separately, 12 visit posts cluster between 11 February and 10 March 2026, nine of them carrying the same wine-class link; only one of those discloses a sponsored visit.
