Deo Yangpyeong Haejangguk
더양평해장국 Yangpyeong haejangguk is the ox-blood and tripe hangover soup named for Yangpyeong county; the house says its 'deo' plays on English 'the' and Korean 'more', as in giving more.

A Yangpyeong-style haejangguk shop on the ground floor of 36 Achasan-ro 7-gil, a short walk from Seongsu Station. The house soup, with beef tripe, ox-blood curd, cabbage greens and bean sprouts, is 10,000 won; the mixed haenaetang and the offal soup are 12,000 won (February 2026 menu). Office workers fill it at lunch, and in the evening teams come for boiled beef (40,000 won) or the shared hot pot (32,000 won) with drinks. We read 13 posts dated 4 September 2025 to 5 October 2026. Four were about other places (three about the separate Ttukdo Market branch of the same name, one about another soup chain), and 8 describe actually eating here.

What sets it apart
- The amount in the bowl is what posts talk about most. All six that mention portions say it is large; one says the regular comes out like a large, another calls it the most generous haejangguk the writer has had. Two posts add that the bowl of rice is on the small side.
- All five posts that bring up offal smell say there is none, for the tripe in the haenaetang and for the boiled-beef platter at a team dinner as well.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 6 posts read) |

One post notes the shop is on the ground floor; no other post describes the way in.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there's no barrier.
No post says where the toilet is or whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 7 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- It's a small room. Three of the four posts that discuss size call it compact; only an October 2025 team-dinner post says the tables are well spaced, and since it also gets the station exit and walking time different from everyone else, we didn't count its verdict. Two posts call it clean, and one mentions both two- and four-person tables.
- Only one post mentions waiting: arriving around 11:55 on a weekday in February 2026, the writer waited 5–10 minutes and advises coming before noon. A July 2026 post found it nearly full after the lunch peak but didn't say it waited.
- The '5–6 minutes from Seongsu Station exit 1' line is copied location info; no one describes the walk itself. One October 2025 post gives exit 2 and 3 minutes instead.
- Only two posts say who they came with: one lunch with a friend and one team dinner. The rest don't say.
- Two posts give the hours as 11:00–22:00 daily, but both copied it from the shop listing. No post for this branch mentions a break, a closing day or last orders.
- Nearly all the prices come from one menu photo in February 2026; the soup at 10,000 won, the boiled beef at 40,000 and the hot pot at 32,000 match an October 2025 post. A January 2026 post says soju listed at 5,000 won was actually sold at a different price, but the figure is only in a photo. One post calls it good value.
- Two posts copy the phone number 0507-1441-3047 from the listing. No one says whether reservations are taken.
- The Ttukdo Market branch of the same name (95-13 Seongdeokjeong-gil) is a separate shop; we didn't count its hours, parking or seating here. One September 2025 post was promotional copy with nothing experienced, so we didn't count it as a visit.
