Dalimmak
달임막 Dalim comes from dalida, to simmer something down, and the shop advertises kaymak 'made by simmering the heart', so the name reads as simmered kaymak.

A bakery café at Yeonmujang-gil 38-2 in Seongsu. It sells bear-shaped bread with kaymak and honeycomb (the 'Dalimmak' set, 12,000 won), a kaymak soft-serve topped with a bear bun sold from a separate counter out front (9,000 won), and milk tea crowned with a bear-head bun (9,800 won). You pick and pay on the ground floor, then take it away or carry it up to the open-air seats on the second floor. We read 30 posts from 26 August to 5 October 2026; 26 describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The line is usually the ice-cream line. Nine posts mention queuing, and one advises that the line out front is for ice cream, so bread and drink customers should use the side entrance. Ice cream has a kiosk line and a pickup line: one post waited about 5 minutes to pay and a bit over 15 minutes to collect; another counted three or four groups ahead. One post walked straight in, and two said only that the wait was short.
- Four posts say the ice cream is ordered at a kiosk. For bread and drinks, two posts describe ticking drinks on a paper order sheet, loading bread onto a tray and following a loop through the shop — past the merchandise — to the till; one post noted you have to do the whole loop even for a single coffee.
- Fifteen posts discuss prices and six call them high — one felt 9,000 won for the ice cream was a bit of a waste. One post found prices reasonable for Seongsu, and one stopped short of a verdict, calling it worth trying once.
- Seven posts took food away. Bread comes in hanji paper with string or in paper bags with a bear-face window; one post disliked carrying that open-windowed bag around all day with no plastic cover.
2 more
- Three posts noticed many foreign visitors; one also noted staff speaking English, Japanese and Chinese.
- Three posts came with children; one said the plain bread suited kids, who enjoyed tearing off the ears first.

Parking

Two posts found no parking (one used a private car park nearby). Four more carry a 'no parking' line copied from the listing, which we did not count.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 7 of 23 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 3 (of 23 posts read) |
Seating is outdoors on the second floor. Seven posts describe it — four call it a rooftop, three a terrace. One found it in full sun with no shade except a strip cast by the next building; another said it is hard to use in high summer. A post from an evening visit noted plenty of tables. Three posts say they ordered on the ground floor and carried their food upstairs.
No post mentions a step at the door, or whether the second floor is reached by stairs or a lift. Since seating appears to be upstairs only, we do not know whether wheelchair or pushchair users can sit down.
No post mentions a toilet; we do not know whether there is one inside.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-21 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions split on sweetness: four posts found the ice cream quite sweet, two said it was not overly sweet.
- One post saw flies landing on the displayed bread; no other post mentions hygiene.
- Lines like 'five minutes from Seongsu Station exit 4' are copied directions; no post describes the actual walk. That means no one wrote about it, not that it is hard.
- Ten posts give the same hours, 09:00–21:30 daily, but nearly all copied them from the listing; one post's body says 10 pm instead. Two say it is open every day of the year.
- Three posts copy the phone number 02-462-0134; none says whether it takes reservations.
- The bear ice cream is a recent addition: a 30 September post found it new on a repeat visit, and it already appears in a 2 September post. We do not know exactly when it started.
- Of the 30 posts, three are kaymak listicles (one an affiliate-link post) and one is a diary entry with no visit, so we did not count them. The chef's Le Cordon Bleu certificate and the 'simmered with heart' slogan are the shop's own claims and we did not rely on them.
