Bep is a small Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor of a side street off Seongsu-il-ro, a 5–6 minute walk from Seongsu Station exit 4. The typical order is a bowl of brisket pho plus seafood fried rice or fried noodles, shared between two, with fried cha gio or fresh spring rolls (5,000 won each) on the side. Pho was 11,000 won in posts through April 2026 and 12,000 won from May; one group of three ate well for just over 50,000 won. Seven posts say you pick your dishes when you add your name on the CatchTable device or app outside, so food arrives quickly once you sit down — though one writer felt rushed choosing with people waiting behind. When called you must enter an arrival code; one post says they had to sprint back within three minutes. One post notes staff will change your order if asked.

Recorded waits were 10 minutes (weekday noon), 10 minutes, 15 minutes (weekend 12:15), 15–20 minutes (weekday noon, six groups ahead) and 30 minutes (Saturday 1pm, four groups ahead). What we do not know
- Prices rose between April and May 2026: brisket pho went from 11,000 to 12,000 won, and by the August menu the spicy pho and pineapple fried rice were 13,000 won and bun bo xao 14,000 won. A post from 21 April mentions a price-increase notice at the door. Seafood fried rice (13,000 won) and the 5,000-won rolls did not change.
- Seventeen posts list the same hours — daily 11:00–21:00, break 15:00–17:00, last orders 14:30 and 20:00 — all copied from info blocks; one post alone gives last orders as 21:00. One writer found three groups already waiting before the 5pm Saturday reopening.
- The phone number 0507-1315-4502 appears in nine posts. One post says there are no reservations, only the CatchTable walk-in queue. There is also a Bep in Hannam-dong; the one post about it is not counted here.
- Two posts (26 March, 11 April) share near-identical sentences about parking and the seafood fried rice, suggesting a common template; their first-hand details differ, so we counted them. The claim that the broth is made daily from beef and pork bones with ten spices is the restaurant's own line, repeated by bloggers, and we don't rely on it.
