Five posts say the restaurant is on the building's second floor; none places it underground.
The building's elevators queue up at lunchtime. One post recommends skipping them and walking up the emergency stairs on the right of the ground-floor entrance, and notes the restaurant's name isn't signed on the building.
We don't know about steps at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access — not because there's a problem, but because nobody wrote about it. One post confirms there are elevators to the second floor.
Nobody mentions the toilets, so we don't know whether they're inside the restaurant or separated by gender.

- Two posts agree on the hours: 11:00 to 19:20 with a break from 14:00 to 17:30. Only one says it opens on weekdays only, and nobody gives a last-order time.
- Only one post lists a phone number (02-6953-5377). Nobody says whether reservations are taken.
